Packers were supposed to be there the day before but didn't show up until 3:30 PM and had obviously already done a days work. At 7:15 Am on the day they were supposed to be there I was called to say the three packers would be late instead of 8:30-9:30 Am they would be there by 1-23 PM. I had to call at 3:15 PM and ask were where they. I t was obvious to me, the office failed to know the original crew was never going to make it and had to get 2 guys to fill in at almost 4 PM They were only able to pack about 40% and I was told another packing crew would be with the movers the next morning but they never arrived so the moving crew had to spend extra hours finishing the Packing before they could complete loading the truck.It took until 3 Pm, It was 9:30 PM before every thing was dumped

They went to work right away .and was very good and careful with the furniture. We appreciate d that very much. thanks.

I believe they had a problem putting my bed back together. It took them a long while, and it sounded like they were using some kind of power tool. Which should have not been necessary. Bed now make noise when moving on it. Didn’t before. Otherwise everything was good.

There were three men that arrived to my apartment, they were timely, and professional. The time that was estimated for the move was 3-4 hours, but we finished in 2 1/2 hours. They saved me time and money, and it is greatly appreciated. I hope that I won't be moving anymore in the near future, but should the occasion arise, I'm calling Two Men & a Truck.

I had 2 men come out the day before my move to pack up my dishes and glassware they did a fantastic job. And then I had 3 men move me the next day. Everything went smoothly and I am very appreciative of everything they did. Thanks much!

We had an absolutely abhorrent experience with Two Men and a Truck! The team was rude, pretentious, and unprofessional. We have moved 5 times in the past 5 years and have never had such an awful ordeal.

Based on a previous positive encounter with TMT, I decided to contact them again for our move to our new house. We were in for a rude surprise. The team refused to move our items. They claimed we were unprepared, that our house was dangerous and smelly, and that they would not risk their lives to conduct the move. Then they sat in the truck for about 20 minutes before leaving without saying a word. I called the office and was assured a resolution. No one called me back. I had to scramble to find another moving company who pleasantly moved us to our new house with no issue.

The movers were 2 great guys! Will use again in the future!

Two men and a truck where great at moving our items from our old house to our new house. The team we had took the time to take care of all of our fragile items and made sure that they arrived safely at our new home. Great experience and I would recommend Two men and a truck to anyone that needs to make sure there items are moved in a safe and timely matter. Thank You!

Worse crew ever!!! Unfriendly, unmotivated, slowest, rudest, most disrespectful crew ever. This was the third and last time I’ll ever use this company. Their desire to make the customers happy has gone out the window and the most unmotivated people ever have been hired to move our possessions carelessly and unenthusiastically. No way should a customer EVER be talked to and treated this way and charged $1850 to be treated like garbage. One of the lead workers questioned me, challenged me and became combative because I asked them to put another piece of plastic down to protect the light beige new carpet in the bedroom!! He was SO argumentative and combative over a piece of plastic!! i felt very unsafe. Another man kept moaning and complaining about his hands hurting, huffing and puffing.

Taylor and his crew were excellent. They took great care of our belongings. Joanne in the office was very helpful. The only suggestion I would make would be to explain the cost more clearly. The hourly wage was changed due to having 3 movers not 2 on the service day and I don’t remember that being explained. Great job!
