The moving crew did a great job. I would highly recommend two men and a truck.

Office person GROSSLY underestimated time as well as manpower- DOUBLING bill. Main mover was great- but 2 others were inexperienced. One was trying his hardest but not making the cut and the other didn’t take direction and moved with little interest of efficiency. It was a complete disaster.

Actual price paid was far less than quote which was a nice surprise. The 4 movers were efficient, friendly and professional. Took great care of wrapping furniture. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

I had a refrigerator moved from my place of work to my home. The movers told me NOT to plug the refrigerator in for 24 hours. When I did plug it in I received a shock and the outlet started to spark. I had to call out an electrician thinking it was a bad GFI outlet. However, it turned out the refrigerator plug was torn almost in half. The wires were exposed. It was clear that the movers had ripped and torn the cord during the move. The movers also clearly tried to tie it back up so I wouldn’t notice. On top of this I have my old refrigerator to one of the movers. Luckily, my electrician fixed the cord and I am now able to use the refrigerator. I’m disappointed that the movers did not address this with me.

Late arrival from Orland Park office because of traffic. I feel this should not cost me the drive extra.

I’ve used your company 2 times prior and always had excellent service and this 3rd time didn’t disappoint!! From office staff to my moving crew your company is very professional and very personable!! I will always recommend!!

Nate, D'Andre and Tyler were prompt on arrival on moving day and had all items loaded in truck in little time. They took extra care with breakable and/or large items and secured everything in the truck to limit movement/damage during transport. Unloading at the storage facility was as quick and professional as the loading. I would use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again for the final move. Thanks!!!

Very satisfied. Ours was a small job and the men handled it very well.
