I cannot say enough great things about this company. From the Sales Department to the Moving team...they were outstanding. Very professional, courteous, efficient and very hard working. We had 6 guys and 2 trucks. The entire moving day...it poured rain. The rain did not stop them. They did an excellent job! I offered to buy them lunch, however, they declined and stated that would slow them down. The next day I received a call from the Operations Manager saying that there was an error in the billing, which was in my favor of $129.00 and that he would submit the adjustment.
Outstand job!!! I will most definitely recommend this company to anyone needing highly professional movers!

I needed to move an object from my house to the garage. Scheduling it and getting prices with from Lilly was a great experience. Super friendly and willing to work with me. The two guys they came out were super nice and helpful.

I take responsibility for not questioning the amount of hours before I signed, but after reviewing the hours, I do not understand why I would be charged for driving to the initial residence. I have no control over where the movers come from. The time should have started at 11:30, not 10:30. That said, even if I was aware I would be charged for their time to get to the first location, I booked this with Elmhurst and that should have taken about 10 mins. Everyone was really great so it is regrettable that I will not be able to recommend due to this.
