The movers were incredible. They were very professional, efficient and courteous.

The only hiccup we had was in the communication with the office about the type of move these gentleman showed up to do.

The communication on the office part needs to be a little better.

Both of the guys who came into do the move were fantastic. They were fast, careful, and generally helpful as we thought through the orientation of the furniture in the house.

Fabulous experience (keeping in mind that moving is taxing and hard). This is, I think, my fifth time using 2M&T and the company does not disappoint. Hard, hard working resources. I was extremely disappointed in the service provided. I hired for 2 Men to move several pieces of a Sauna from the garage to my basement. The movers had very little furniture moving experience and I had to help them get the pieces down to the basement. They had no skills, left the areas a mess, and I could not ask them to complete other parts of the job because they wouldn’t be able. Mostly I.

My 1st quote wasn't saved by the consultant, but follow-up the next day was entered quickly and confirmed.
The day of the move, Jake called to inform me of arrival, regarding my window. Expectations were met. The team was efficient. The team was courteous & friendly. The only issue I had concerns the drive time, I arrived almost 1/2 hr. before. Maybe prorate, charges, paid for full hour, 15 min.

The men who moved my couch were thoughtful and courteous. They figured out a difficult situation and cleaned up after themselves.

Both our movers were very pleasant and did a great job with all our stuff. Highly recommend. They did an excellent job
