Our moving team was great/office response time was great.
Logistics team needs to review time schedule and provide more communication. Client should never have to call to find out what is going on.
Company should investigate the use of moving straps for movers. These might help in difficult moves getting heavy furniture up twisting chairs.

I hired Two Men and Truck to move my daughter from her college apartment in Hyde Park to her new apartment in Wicker Park where she will start her post graduate life. She was on her own as I had to fly back home after helping with packing. Thankfully, everything went very smoothly. The movers kept in touch about their ETA and they were extremely courteous and efficient. Very pleased.
