The move started out poorly, as I had requested 4 movers and only 2 showed up, despite my reconfirming 4 a day before. The manager stepped up, showed up himself along with another mover and we got moved quickly and without a scratch. Never heard of a manager rolling up their sleeves and getting it done, that was AMAZING.

Moving team were better than excellent - they did a fab job AND made it fun (which as you moving isnt always fun). My only gripe with the office is the time it takes to answer phone call and then call back when you leave a message. This happened a couple of times as I was trying to secure the move date and time. other than that 6 stars out of 5 (LOL) and would recommend you to anyone.

Office said that I would get 3 men and a truck with a liftgate. Just got two men and no lift gate -- These two movers did an excellent job. Worked quickly with care for my possessions. Never slowed down and were very considerate. They deserve a BIG thank you!!

Your men were very professional. They never stopped from the time they entered the apartment to the time they left for the new address. Both of them were very personable. When they were done, the bill was explained in detail. The only thing that slowed them down was the size and speed of the elevator at my new address.

My only issues is that the men forgot to pack two items, plus one item (that has been in my family for DECADES) was damaged...even though it may have been part of my fault, as I didn't pack it well enough.
