Very hard working men. Polite and courteous. Only had 2 small areas of damage to furniture

The moving team was OUTSTANDING. Very courteous, clean, worked hard the whole time, and had a great attitude. Would highly recommend again.

Movers stated several times in conversation between each other that they were in a hurry and had other things to be doing on that day. Movers forgot several items at the initial location and handled some items poorly resulting in damaged woodwork at the old property, scratches to a day bed frame, and warped gym flooring. Recently had great service, used the same company again and service had gone downhill terribly. Ricky was very organized, motivated, and took extra precautions in all of his work. He has moved furniture for me previously with two men and a truck and have had nothing but wonderful experience with him.

Scheduling packing and move was easy. The crews were great ... friendly, hard working, professional. Costs met estimates. Very satisfied and would use again.

OMGoodness!!! Where do I start!?!?!? From my first contact with Catrice in the office (she was outstanding !!!) And total follow through to the end. Miguel and Sean are a team made in heaven!! They both had my back !! Took great care with my belongings- reassured me every step of the way! Quick isn’t the word- they literally ran to and from the truck and for the first time in my life made moving fun!!! And I’m 72, on oxygen and a walker! I was so impressed with them and thanked God for sending them my way and taking such good care of me!! I read the reviews for 2 Men and a Truck from Mundelein, naming Miguel and Sean as a super team!! Truer words were never spoken and I’m so grateful to have believed them!! Tom-manager-you must be so proud!! I know I would be!! Happy Holidays!!!

I made several changes before the move (dates and furniture), and the office staff rolled with it, no problem. The moving team was excellent... there was a new guy on the truck, and the trainer was very dillegent at teach him how to handle the furniture, where to put it, how to carry safely etc. The lead man was very polite, explained everything well, blanketed and stretch wrapped each item, and took very good care of the furniture. They worked very well as a team.

Once the office team answered the phone (2 calls with no answer and no requested callback from voice mail) they were efficient setting up the move. Jack and Shawn were very friendly and excellent at providing top notch service on a timely basis. Only problem was re-assembling the bed in failing light.
