My moving team of Mike, Sam, and Kevin was amazing. They were friendly, fast, and they took great care of my belongings. I was amazed at how quickly they got everything done.
I was a bit frustrated with the office team. I called a few times and left messages before I got through to someone. I didn’t get the email confirmation and my calls to get it were ignored.

Andy and Johnathan were extremely professional. They were very careful with my things and incredibly organized. They worked quickly and efficiently and not a single item was broken in my intrastate move. They were polite and helpful and I could not have been happier. I was most impressed by the job Two Men and a Truck did in moving my mother's belongings from suburban Chicago to Fort Wayne. The office team did a great job of communicating and our movers, Tony and Tyrell, did a great job and were very easy to interact with. All in all a great experience, and I've moved 13 times in my life. Well done!

Items lost never got and broke took longer than should have. Spoke with Mike over two days who was rude each time I called in his tone he acted as if I was bothering him. He also informed me since I was upset that if I continued to talk to him he was going to hang up on me he also informed me that if they did find my stuff I could come and get it they wouldn't bring it to me. I am disputing charge

The agent that set up my move did so incorrectly and listed 8 boxes instead of the actual amount I had. the movers had to do the job of 4 by themselves even though I had asked for extra movers but was denied by the agent on the phone. The movers we had are amazing and did a perfect job but the disconnect and poor communication from the office to the movers makes me not want to use two men again.
