The two men who came to my home were very professional. However, during the move there was some damage to my hallway. The corner was nicked in 2 areas. I brought it to their attention and they said they would mention it to the office team and they would be contacting me. Unfortunately, I cannot give them a higher rating because if this mishap.

Two Men and A Truck made my move so slick! Customer service went out of their way to work around my tricky schedule on moving day. The 2 guys who did the physical move were so friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. They also went out of their way to make our moving day as easy as possible. Absolute professionals and really nice folks. I would use Two Men and A Truck again and again.

Overall, the move went above my expectations. The moving team was exceptional and worked their butts off. I only have two comments.1) I had to call the day before myself to confirm. It would have been nice to have been reached out to or texted prior. 2) I booked through the lake county office and was told the crew was coming from Gurnee.
