The overall experience was very good but there were a few moments when the lead mover made an excuse as to why something couldnandacirc;??t be done or told us we had to disassemble in order to move it.

Miguel and Mike were exceptional! I needed furniture moved within my home. They brought indoor shoes and changed without me having to ask them, they took the utmost care with my furniture and my newly painted walls. They were professional, cheerful, and positive--couldn't have asked for any better service or movers. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Myles I and his team were timely, efficient, careful and courteous. My items were delivered in perfect condition and my walls had no damage.

Lance and Juan were very professional and courteous. It was a small job and I appreciated their friendly demeanor and efficiency.

The service arrived on time and were quite efficient. We were moved in within a 2 hour time frame. I would recommend and use them again.

I couldn't have been more happy about the service I received. From the booking of the move with the CSR (Sherina) to the movers who came to my home (Ricky, Marcos and Michael). Everything was explained in detail for me and I was not surprised at the end by anything. The guys took good care of my furniture and treated it as if it was their furniture, the wrapped everything and made sure to take extra special care with my items. I wasn't very prepared when they got there and they didn't let that stop them from doing what they needed to do. They even took my daughters crib apart to get it into the truck and when getting it back to the house put it back together, they said they do things for their customers. Sherina was a joy and was always very pleasant to speak with. Thank you so much!!!!

Our move had positives and negatives. The weather was snowy and the temperature was in the teens. The team was amazingly careful with our furnishings and boxes. They did an exemplary job moving very large pieces like a sleeper sofa and armoire. The move took much longer than anticipated and we ended up paying almost twice what we were originally quoted. Perhaps the weather played a part in this. Although we requested that the team protect the floors in our old home and especially in our new home, it was impossible to keep the slush and muck out. The next day it took us about 4 hours to clean the floors and carpets in our old home. The crew was not able to move everything which meant we had to make 4 additional trips on our own. Overall, a satisfactory move.

I have moved MANY times and this by far was the best!!! Although it was a small move, Miguel S. and Eric K. from your Mundelein, Il. office were AMAZING. When I need to move, or anybody else I know, I am going to request these two gentlemen!!!

My son was moving into an apartment and we picked 2 Men and a Truck. They called and could come to start the move 2 hours early which was great. They packed the truck and moved all the furniture with much care. There was no damage on the move out or move in. Miguel and his partner did an excellent job moving the furniture in a timely fashion. I would use them again on other moves.
