This is my second time using Two Men and a Truck. Both moves went very well. For this move, Jack and Albert were great. They showed up on time, were very professional, and stayed focused on getting the job done efficiently and with great care for the furniture, etc. They also worked very well together as a team. I've used other moving companies, in the past, and didn't have a great experience. I will use Two Men and a Truck for future moves.

The crew was pleasent at the beginning. However the walls were scratched and when I mentioned it, it was "the other guys fault". I don't care who's fault it was. But the company needs to compensate for damages. Also the price was over double the quote for a one room move. The crew didn't like that there were stairs.

I would absolutely recommend Two Men to anyone looking to hire movers. Professional, polite, and even came in under the estimate.

starting with the lady in the Schaumburg office who insisted I needed a team of 4 against my telling her 2 men is enough. 2 men had moved all the exactly same furniture before from Crystal Lake to here in 3 hours. Why would I need a team of 4 now to move into the building next door?? The lady assured me I would only be charged for the actual time it would take for the move. The day of the move I opened the door to 4 men!!! They seemed nice enough, but soon I noticed 2 of the 4 were totally inexperienced. Instead of putting as much as possible in the elevator, they took one piece at a time! Finally they arrived next door - I told them to bring everything into the building and then bring it up. They damaged every piece I own, broke a glass shelf, and then charged me $ 1069!!!

In experience, attitude and the lack of respect for other peoples property and time

The moving team of Ricky, Darius and Richard were great. They were courteous, arrived on time and did the job quickly. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck, especially the crew of Ricky, Darius and Richard.

First call in to schedule my move -the rep was telling me the truck needed to come from a location 2 hours away. I knew there was a location closer. I end up calling back later and speaking with Lauren and got that cleared up. I requested boxes to be delivered on a Thursday at 415. Driver called me at 11 wanting to drop them off. I rushed back home and got my boxes. Day of move 07-16-18 was done very well except they forgot to get a few remaining items out of my garage. Overall, service was good.

The young men were professional and hard working. I actually would love having them on my team...th only thing I was concerned was the cost of travel time...i paid two or more hours of travel time of my four original hours. Seemed a little unfair. 45 minutes to get to my place 815 to 900 over hour to get to my place, then paid to get you home. Seemed a little much. Just saying something doesn't add up when I only had less than a third of a truck...8 big pieces and boxes... Over 8 hundred dollars. You must agree that is a lot....thanks
