The whole process was at and above expectations. I had to make a last minute change which was accommodated in less than an hour. Confirmations and follow up were reassuring. all matters were on time and as expected. Catrice and Vanessa in the office were great. The movers were professional, thorough, courteous, fast, I really can't say enough about them. Very hard workers. Nothing was broken or lost. Ricky A., Myles J., Sean S., Dwayne J., should all be commended for the fine job they did and how they represent your company. You are lucky to have them. I hope to not ever have to move again, but I will certainly call if I do.

Overall positive moving experience. Movers took their time and were careful through out the process. The move took an additional hour than quoted and the movers made that clear several times that I had more stuff than the quote, which they said is common. I do wish they had wrapped my furniture better in the truck, some stuff came in dirty from the floor/walls. Would recommend the services and would be a repeat customer next time I need to move. Already made a recommendation to a neighbor and they had a positive experience as well.

I was generally happy enough with my service. My biggest complaint is the guys seems like they were purposely moving pretty slowly to drag out the service and make more. Particularly towards the end. they were doing one box at a time instead of loading up on boxes, or using the dolly. i saw they standing around between loads and just generally moving very slowly. I've had movers in the past that were able to do the job much quicker. I went over budget on what I had intended to spend as a result. On the plus side they took good care of my stuff and didnt break or scratch anything. So i do appreciate that. I honestly dont know if I would use your service again. I suspect I might go with someone else next time in hopes of lowering the cost.

The only opportunity I saw was to have the office team fully explain that there is a window of time where the movers arrive. Rather than being told a set time.

I am very pleased with the move process made easier by your office team and moving team. The woman in the office was very patient and knowledgeable. Ricky, Juan H, Juan B, and Kevin, the move team, were all very professional and efficient. They took great care with my belongings and were pleasant and good-natured which helped to reduce the stress level associated with any move. All team members were courteous and a joy to work with. I will use Two Men And A Truck Lake County again and will refer them to my friends.
