I would just like to thank Ben and Tyrone for making my move from Illinois to Ohio a none eventful experience. They always had me first in their minds and made me feel at ease. Handled my belonging as if it was theirs. They said they were called the DREAM TEAM and believe me they were. I would use TWO MEN AND TRUCK again and recommend them to anyone who is planning a move. I was unhappy with my service for this past move. I had previously used your aurora team for a move and was impressed with their professionalism and how organized they were. All the labeled boxes were I. The assigned room and they used carpet wrap to save my carpet.
This move:
-an 8x10 rug was left In The old house
-there was salt and dirt all over both homes. Nothing was done to protect any of my flooring, wood, tile or carpet.
- Boxes were not placed in the proper, labeled rooms. They were either left piled in my front rooms or garage.
-one of the crew on my team contacted me at 3:15 am on the night after my move. I am a single mom and was extremely nervous and had a police watch through Thursday of this week. It was non-threatening but made me uncomfortable. I don’t know why they would have my phone number after a move at all. I did not want to contact you because of my concern over retaliation. They know where I live and that I’m alone.

Overall, this has been a difficult experience. I would not recommend your company to someone moving.

I did not have a good experience this time with the moving company.
Movers did not handle my items with care and I have some furniture damage. I paid for overnight storage and the first day they couldn’t fit everything on the truck and I had to take some of my belongings somewhere else for storage overnight. The first day, they took the beds apart and the second day there was a different installer that couldn’t assemble the beds again and he did not had any tools with him. I had to wait for the next day for our beds to put together again. I am still waiting for my furniture to be fix or replace and for some money to be refund after all the inconvenience that I had to deal with my move.

We had good experience with your job. Big thanks. However, after moving , one of our file cabinet drawer lost the metal bar for the hanging folders, Could you please send someone to check and fix this issue? thanks.

Product placed in storage. Do not know the overall condition of the move. Do know that both wooden dinning room and kitchen chairs are scratched being placed upside down on a concrete floor.

They tracked mud all over my white carpets, damaged a couple of the walls with their moving dollies. One guy kept dropping boxes breaking the contents inside and telling me to 'file a claim' every time he dropped a box. A delicate table (which I warned them about) was severely damaged after they did not protect it during transport. The table has 6 legs -- 3 on each side. When the door of the truck was opened, 3 of the legs on one side were ripped off of the table. Overall I had about 20 boxes dropped by them and 3 large items damaged. Still trying to go through the 'claim' process with them for repayment. Oh, they had *no problem* collecting the $700.00 fee for the move even though the damage they caused FAR exceeded the moving fee. One guy was even waiting for a tip afterwards.

Two very small statured young men showed up. Clearly while there was little furniture and relatively few boxes (no appliances or hard case furniture), it was a strenuous move for them. They dropped my new white couch, damaging it even though I provided coverage to protect the couch (they took it off); used gloves that left marks on cushions/coach; seemed slow (with especially one being winded/distressed and the team lead taking on more of the heavy lifting). Overall took longer than what was necessary which then required me to pay extra as well as have the damage. Filed damage but haven't been contacted. Nick - lead guy - was good; 2nd guy was not a strong resource. I wouldn't be able to use them on my upcoming major move - a 4 BR house so I will look elsewhere. Not normal 2M&T service.

Overall the service was very good. We had a lot of heavy bulky furnutire.
The young men had good attitudes, were hard workers and showed extreme patience with us. Only dissatisfaction was as the time wore on they became tired and were not as careful as they could have been. OUR HOME is BRAND NEW . Some walls were nicked and badly smudged. Some furniture badly scratched, careless leaning of items on the walls caused nicks and scratches etc. Were unable to get one of our couches in the basement.
Again for all they had to do the job was ok but would have liked them to have taken a bit more care with our furniture and walls.

We had a lot to move and hired 4 people. One of the four did not show up. A wall sconce and a box of mixing bowls was broken. I will say Alex is an astoundingly hard worker with a great attitude. A pleasure to work with!
