First call in to schedule my move -the rep was telling me the truck needed to come from a location 2 hours away. I knew there was a location closer. I end up calling back later and speaking with Lauren and got that cleared up. I requested boxes to be delivered on a Thursday at 415. Driver called me at 11 wanting to drop them off. I rushed back home and got my boxes. Day of move 07-16-18 was done very well except they forgot to get a few remaining items out of my garage. Overall, service was good.

The young men were professional and hard working. I actually would love having them on my team...th only thing I was concerned was the cost of travel time...i paid two or more hours of travel time of my four original hours. Seemed a little unfair. 45 minutes to get to my place 815 to 900 over hour to get to my place, then paid to get you home. Seemed a little much. Just saying something doesn't add up when I only had less than a third of a truck...8 big pieces and boxes... Over 8 hundred dollars. You must agree that is a lot....thanks

I had to pay a lot more than I thought because only Miguel was mostly doing all the work which took longer. He was a good hard worker and very nice. If the other guy would of helped more than I would not have had to pay so much extra.

The only real problem I had was that the person who quoted my move gave me wrong information that, in other circumstances, could have been devastating. I was told that the movers would be able to do an in-house move of a sofa that would require partial disassembly before moving. Once the movers got here, that turned out not to be the case. Double checking with a manager on duty confirmed this. Lucky for me that I could be flexible on this piece of furniture.

Two Men and a Truck did a great job with my move. My moving team, JT, Daniel, and Chris were awesome. They got to my apartment and were surprised by the amount of stuff I needed to move because they were told that there would be a smaller amount, but they took it in stride. They warned me that it might take longer than I was originally quoted due to the amount of things. They were amazing! I was quoted 5 hours and it took them 5.5, which was great considering the circumstances. They were funny, personable, and professional.
