The only opportunity I saw was to have the office team fully explain that there is a window of time where the movers arrive. Rather than being told a set time.

I am very pleased with the move process made easier by your office team and moving team. The woman in the office was very patient and knowledgeable. Ricky, Juan H, Juan B, and Kevin, the move team, were all very professional and efficient. They took great care with my belongings and were pleasant and good-natured which helped to reduce the stress level associated with any move. All team members were courteous and a joy to work with. I will use Two Men And A Truck Lake County again and will refer them to my friends.

I want to say thank you again for an excellent team of Movers. I felt sorry for them cuz it was a lot of work moving out of a two-story apartment to a three-story apartment with a very narrow stairwell and it was very hot that day. And they did not waste any time at all. I also beg them to take a break being so hot and gave them water and Gatorade. I thought my moving was going to be a disaster but with the moving team that I had Two Men and a Truck it made it a stress-free move and I appreciate that seeing how I hate moving this is my third move I had other companies before that I will never go back to I will definitely go back to Two Men and a Truck for my next move

Movers did a great job lifting very heavy furniture. There was damage to the stairway walls of which I was told a painter would call me. I have not heard anything yet. Also, there is a glass top missing. It goes to a nightstand. Straight line in back. Curved around sides and front. Brownish color. Expensive. Please look into this missing item.
