This was a very difficult move. Heavy piano from basement . They worked at it til they got it and did not charge more. You have great employees. Also, the comminication every step of the wany was great.

I requested 3 people. Move was estimated for 6 hours. Move completed in 4 hours. Gentleman were prompt and early and went above and beyond service requested. I will use them again.

I think that the team was professional and really tried to minimize the space that my items would take in the space I rented. I was very concerned that I would not have enough room and my furniture is vey expensive so I was concerned about the handling and storage of my furniture. they got my things into that space and seemed empathetic about my concerns.

Everyone was really great to work with. It was a little complicated with two stops and one small piece of an item (glass square for desk top) didn't get left at the first stop where it belonged, but it was no big deal. Professional and friendly!

The office staff was very helpful with the set up of the move. But the excellent service and attention to detail with the 3 gentlemen doing the move were excellent. They seemed to work together as a unit and did not stop for any reason, even thru the snow on the ground at both the first and second home sites.

It snowed all day and the steps and truck ramp were so slippery. Nonetheless, Ricky, Jose, Sean & Al kept on task with a positive attitude. They gave their best effort to get really big furniture pieces into an old house with narrow stairs. We appreciate all that they did for us including working 3 hours over the estimate.
