OMGoodness!!! Where do I start!?!?!? From my first contact with Catrice in the office (she was outstanding !!!) And total follow through to the end. Miguel and Sean are a team made in heaven!! They both had my back !! Took great care with my belongings- reassured me every step of the way! Quick isn’t the word- they literally ran to and from the truck and for the first time in my life made moving fun!!! And I’m 72, on oxygen and a walker! I was so impressed with them and thanked God for sending them my way and taking such good care of me!! I read the reviews for 2 Men and a Truck from Mundelein, naming Miguel and Sean as a super team!! Truer words were never spoken and I’m so grateful to have believed them!! Tom-manager-you must be so proud!! I know I would be!! Happy Holidays!!!

I made several changes before the move (dates and furniture), and the office staff rolled with it, no problem. The moving team was excellent... there was a new guy on the truck, and the trainer was very dillegent at teach him how to handle the furniture, where to put it, how to carry safely etc. The lead man was very polite, explained everything well, blanketed and stretch wrapped each item, and took very good care of the furniture. They worked very well as a team.

Once the office team answered the phone (2 calls with no answer and no requested callback from voice mail) they were efficient setting up the move. Jack and Shawn were very friendly and excellent at providing top notch service on a timely basis. Only problem was re-assembling the bed in failing light.

The 2 guys were fantastic. They took time and care with out items.

The crew we had was fabulous! Very courteous, efficient and all with great attitudes! No complaining about anything, very helpful and explained everything in great detail as to what we could expect; office staff as well. If another opportunity comes up for moving I would definitely choose Two Men and a Truck and would not consider anyone else.

The office staff was extremely professional and explaining the services, pricing and helping to reserve a move date for us.

On the actual move date , Dwayne and Jose could not have been more polite, on time, conscientious and a delight to work with on our dad's move.

I thought the movers were a good group of young men. However I was disappointed that after I called and met with someone to let the guys know exactly what was expected he did not tell his crew and they came in blind to the work to be performed. That said the crew did a great job with what they had.

The m0ve went very well. The were very good and courteous all the time. This was my second use of Two Men and a Truck and both experiences were great. I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service.

My only criticism was that the men DID NOT cover - as the in dictated they would - nor place under a plastic sheet the Brand New Mattress that had to be stored near a construction area. I have a feeling that they simply forgot with all the chaos of moving.
