I would have rated our experience with the whole packing and moving team as Excellent if it were not for the fact that (1) husband's cologne was sprayed to excess in and on our home causing it to reek for 24 hours; the bottle was then left in wife's vanity and (2) 11 of our bottled beers were consumed by him/them, empty bottles were left hidden on our property and in moving boxes, and lavatory counter top was damaged by being used as a bottle opener. I would like to call out JT and Jose as being outstanding and professional.

Move date - March 5, 2019
Long Grove to Mundelein. Had used TM&T several times before, and usually had good experience.
The March 5th moving team was worrisome. Bad attitude. I was worried so I called the office and the owner and Brandon came to the house. Brandon said he would have changed the team, but no one else was available. The team did not pad any of our furniture. Just used shrink wrap. They ran a dresser into the wall, punching small hole in wall, broke the glass/damaged the portrait of the picture hanging on the wall, and scratched the dresser. Called Brandon. He came out 3/6 to inspect. Said that TM&T would send out their repairman to fix wall and dresser. Vanessa would call and take care of the rest. V called that day. Said she would get back to me. Heard nothing....

I would have given the movers a hiring score but my piano was damaged in the move

The two gentlemen came to move our things, Jack and Sam, did excellent job and they were friendly and nice in communication. For our next move I would surely request these two as our movers. This does not mean others are not good but our experience with Jack and Sam was more than satisfactory. Thank you to Jack and San and to rest of the support team.

The drivers were great, the office staff should have offered for an additional man with all the boxes and furniture being moved, which I know is something that can be arranged and would have saved us more time in the move. We ended up filling up the entire truck and couldn't fit everything. The guys worked hard and were always in good spirits. We had one broken furniture piece of the foot of one of the night stands due to it being dropped with how it was stacked on the dolley, but we'll work on getting that fixed. All-in-all was another good experience with two men and a truck. Thank you.

Jack and Dwayne were great. This is the 4th time we have used your company in the past 3 years and we are always impressed.

2 Men and a truck are perfect for moving small amounts of furniture from apartment to/from storage. My husband and I are both over 60 and don't want to do physical moving of furniture. The men on our job were very professional. They both worked well together on the job. Very efficient. I will continue to use 2 Men and a truck for future moves.
