They tracked mud all over my white carpets, damaged a couple of the walls with their moving dollies. One guy kept dropping boxes breaking the contents inside and telling me to 'file a claim' every time he dropped a box. A delicate table (which I warned them about) was severely damaged after they did not protect it during transport. The table has 6 legs -- 3 on each side. When the door of the truck was opened, 3 of the legs on one side were ripped off of the table. Overall I had about 20 boxes dropped by them and 3 large items damaged. Still trying to go through the 'claim' process with them for repayment. Oh, they had *no problem* collecting the $700.00 fee for the move even though the damage they caused FAR exceeded the moving fee. One guy was even waiting for a tip afterwards.

Two very small statured young men showed up. Clearly while there was little furniture and relatively few boxes (no appliances or hard case furniture), it was a strenuous move for them. They dropped my new white couch, damaging it even though I provided coverage to protect the couch (they took it off); used gloves that left marks on cushions/coach; seemed slow (with especially one being winded/distressed and the team lead taking on more of the heavy lifting). Overall took longer than what was necessary which then required me to pay extra as well as have the damage. Filed damage but haven't been contacted. Nick - lead guy - was good; 2nd guy was not a strong resource. I wouldn't be able to use them on my upcoming major move - a 4 BR house so I will look elsewhere. Not normal 2M&T service.

Overall the service was very good. We had a lot of heavy bulky furnutire.
The young men had good attitudes, were hard workers and showed extreme patience with us. Only dissatisfaction was as the time wore on they became tired and were not as careful as they could have been. OUR HOME is BRAND NEW . Some walls were nicked and badly smudged. Some furniture badly scratched, careless leaning of items on the walls caused nicks and scratches etc. Were unable to get one of our couches in the basement.
Again for all they had to do the job was ok but would have liked them to have taken a bit more care with our furniture and walls.

We had a lot to move and hired 4 people. One of the four did not show up. A wall sconce and a box of mixing bowls was broken. I will say Alex is an astoundingly hard worker with a great attitude. A pleasure to work with!

This was the worst service i received. You sent three guys of which two did not move. You had to reload my truck 3 times for your errors. Call in another crew which showed up 9 hours later after me and my family moved more boxes and furniture than your team. Damaged my walls and floors and broke furniture. It has been a week and they have not addressed damage and and then proceeded to charge me what they quoted(thought they were doing me a favor since it took 3 hours longer but refused to do anything even though i had to move myself and openly admitted i moved more than their movers. I have asked to speak the general manager who has not called me and they will not give me her number!
I will make sure everyone i know never uses two men and a truck!

Damaged furniture. Took 6 hours to load what took 4 hours the last time with less goods this time

The movers were very courteous. We are unsure of why they took the machine apart to take the machine out of the front door. They were supposed to take the machine out of the house through the back door. There were no instructions given to disassemble the machine. The movers did not have the proper tools to take the machine apart, damaged the doorway of the house they were moving the machine out of, and broke one of our hammers when reassembling the machine. This increased the time of the move which almost doubled our expense. They were apologetic for the additional time, but that doesn't change the amount of money we had to pay for this move.

there were a couple dings in the wall and a small chunk out of the basement stairs :( first 45 min they busted their butts, but after that there seemed to be lots of breaks

Office underestimated quote based on number of furniture we had to move. The movers were being trained by an experienced mover. However, once they inexperienced movers were left on their own, they destroyed my hardwood floors in the home we were moving from. Several scratches and deep scratches in many rooms and hallways due to dragging furniture on hardwood. Worst, they put a one foot hole in my drywall at the end of the staircase, did not reattach the wrought iron railing they took off, completely broke a $1,500 outdoor table and broke a TV stand. All on the damage report, which I expect to have taken care of. The movers attitude was OK, but the lack of experience and care of my home was unacceptable. 2 Men and a Truck need to make this right, or my experience will be put online.

Guys we’re good but need to make sure they take care of customer’s property. Walls were damaged so I need to paint. Wood floors scratched. $150 per hour steep so would tell people to check other movers.
