I don't feel like the office staff listened to my needs which reflected in the move-- some things weren't explained correctly prior to move, unable to use parking permits, move started late, move took way too long, I helped move a fair share of furniture to speed up the move and a lot of wasted time...not satisfied.

My movers were awesome! From start to finish they were professional and seemed to really care about my belongings. I have used two men and a truck my past 4 moves and will use again in the future.

Justin and Dante were my movers - they were absolutely fantastic! I would recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone who has a move in Chicago!

The guys were great, friendly and very personable. They wrapped everything I asked them to and they made sure I was happy every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience for myself and my wife. A few items were scratched, but it wasn't a big deal because the furniture was a little old anyway.

One of the packing crew team members went above and beyond to ensure that I would have enough movers to fit into my schedule dock time. He gave me different scenarios of how it could work. He should be rewarded! Unfortunately I don't have his name with me as it is at the apartment. The movers on moving day did a very quick and efficient job of making sure the move was complete by the time that my dock time was up. They went above and beyond. I have moved 9 times all across the country (corporate moves) and will have to say that this was the best moving experience that I have had. Your team really cared and wanted to do a good job. This was very apparent. I will be using your company for my next move and hopefully I will get the same team.

I've used Two Men and a Truck twice already, and haven't had a complaint. The movers are helpful, friendly, and efficient. The costs are good compared to other moving companies. I'll continue to use this company for future moves.

You guys were a great value. Adam and Desmond were great movers - lightening quick and very pleasant. Turned the move around in exactly the amount of time I was quoted. When a couple of small things went missing, Ida was very helpful and got my stuff back fast. Will definitely use again - and suggest to anyone in Chicago.

The entire experience was seamless. The movers called as they were headed downtown to give me an ETA, explained their plan to load the truck and move the items, took time to properly wrap my sofa and other items, and didn't make a single complaint going up to the 4th floor of a walk up. I would use Two Men & a Truck time and time again!
