From first call with Allison to Movers Oscar and Brandon then follow up call; all involved polite and efficient I am extremely pleased with our expertise. Could not have gone better!!!!

I explained very clearly at the beginning that I needed a full service move for a small condo, would have a neighbor greet them as I could not be there, and only had an hour window reserved to use the condo freight elevator starting at noon. On the day of, I received a call saying they were running nearly 2hrs late. Nobody told me this was their acceptable time frame when I made the reservation or I would have paid for them to arrive 2hrs earlier to guarantee the elevator time. They also didn’t get the memo that everything still needed to be packed, hence full service. My neighbor couldn’t wait any longer, my elevator time had elapsed, and they had no time to pack anything showing up 1.5hrs late. I dismissed the movers and found someone else who guaranteed their arrival time. Never again.

Dante and his crew were the best movers I have ever met. You guys made my move incredibly easy.

The guys didn't have a ramp for the new truck so they double worked themselves and we could has finish less than two half hour with the less things I took.

Prompt, efficient, friendly -moved everything we asked, packed well and made sure that items/ boxes were were we wanted

I thought the moving team was very good in the beginning.....disassembling a bed, wrapping the furniture, etc. By the second stop the quality got a little less, by third stop the team was tired (and so was all of us) and the move got more sloppy. In fact, the movers were not going to assemble the bed back because they said they were needed at another job in LakeView..at 9pm? Really? They dragged a white chair across the dirty floor vs. carry the chair in. They didn't know they had 3 stops it clearly had it on their paperwork.
Overall it could have been a very good service turn into an acceptable to poor job. I gave them a tip, but apparently not enough the next morning my credit card that was printed on the paperwork had $700 charged on it.? Don't put the card # on the form!

First the Customer Service agent Allison was pleasant to deal with and followed up on every question or concern I had. The moving team was professional and overall just friendly, along with ensuring nothing was damaged. I do not plan on moving again but if I had to, I would use your company and or recommend it to anyone that asked me.

The team was professional, courteous, and very helpful. They made the move easy, and we really appreciated all three of them!

I’ve moved cross country six times in the last eight years. DJ and Brandon were fantastic. They were incredibly fast and efficient, friendly, cheerful, and sweet. If I asked them to pack things a particular way, they did it. They loaded my household goods, unloaded them, and then put a studio apartment’s worth of stuff into a 305 square foot shipping container. They even loaded suitcases and boxes into my car. During what could have been a stressful day for me, they were upbeat, polite, and patient. They don’t just know how to move boxes - they know how to deal with other people. I move often and wish they could help me ALL the time.

The mover were fast and friendly. They accommodated us by picking up from 2 different locations and we’re able to navigate the destination location even with tons of construction going on in the new building. The movers were great. Highly recommend!
