The team took 11 hours to move my 2 bedroom apartment to a new apartment 30 minutes away. They were incredibly slow. They would take 30 minutes to even return to the apartment from the truck. It was ridiculous. I could not understand what took them so long. The estimate was 5-7 hours, and there was no reason why the move would take 11 hours. I was very frustrated, and Two Men and a Truck charged my credit card for the increase in cost without my approval. I never signed the form at the end of the move. I am very unhappy and would never recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.

Both Mike and Adam were so great! They were fast and effective. They were accommodating and professional the entire time. A real pleasure to work with. My 7 yr daughter often got in the way but they remained gracious through it all. I moved my things into storage and was worried that not all my belongings would fit. They reassured me that they would do their best and did in fact organize all of it securely and even made sure that my daughters dorm boxes were easily accessible for us come August. Thank you for hiring such upstanding individuals. I am moving again next yr around April/May and am hoping to work with them again.

Very professionally executed move by these three young men.

The 2 individuals who moved our furniture were faced with challenges at both ends.... heavy pieces and small elevators. They handled the challenges extremely well, and the work was done in a timely basis. Both individuals were very professionals, friendly and worked vey hard.

The staff was great and very thorough in helping me set up my move. The move itself took much longer than I expected, even with 2 stops I don't believe it should have taken 5 hours considering the amount of things I have. It has never taken movers this long to move me and ended up costing more than my last cross country move. I've tried returning the courtesy call multiple times, but there is no voicemail set up.

This was my first time hiring a moving company because I was getting a piano moved from old house to new home. I had actually reached out to a few different moving companies in Chicago that offered to send over quotes that took over a week to get and some just never even responded at all, which was super frustrating because I was on a time limit. 2 men and a truck was THE MOST professional, quick, and informative company I reached out to. They set my expectations and exceeded them. I was given a 2 hour moving period (3 pm-5 pm). The movers arrived right at 3, which was very nice because I wasn’t stuck waiting around for them for 2 hours. The movers were very friendly, polite, and respectful of our homes. I would use them again and would recommend ONLY this moving company to anyone else.

I had a wonderful experience with Two Men and a Truck! The office staff explained clearly what the process was going to look like and helped me with my estimate. The movers were incredible! They were in good spirits, quick, but careful, and patient while explaining the process. Thank you to Thurman H., Derrick E., and Charles B. for being so helpful! I couldn't have asked for better movers.

The moving team was very prompt, courteous, patient and helpful. Jeremy was the lead and he was excellent dealing with the condo doorman and dock engineer. Jeremy's assistant - an Irish lad, whose name I do not recall - were incredibly helpful to me and my friend (whose stuff we were moving into storage). I would recommend them to anyone and hope to use them again in the future!

The office staff was easy to work with. Paper work was explained efficiently. All my documents where emailed.
The movers were all very polite, courteous, and very careful with our items. This wasn't a standard move. They moved our corporate cosmetic furniture from our warehouse to our main office. They where excellent.
