From the time I contacted Taylor Trim who I met through networking it was an overall awesome experience. The driver/navigator Tim and Jermaine were two of the hardest working movers I’ve ever met. They did everything we asked and more. They called ahead to let us know they would be on time. They were super polite and respectful of everything. They deserve a raise. Wish I had them working for me. These two gentlemen exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!!

The office help was very good & helpful. The movers were very nice & I had no worry sending them to deliver the move to my daughter’s apartment. They were a little careless handling some of the items, a flat screen TV fell off a dolly right in front of me, they joked rather than apologized. Luckily, I had that TV packed in the original packaging, it survived. Also a small marble table top was knocked over onto concrete, that seems to have survived, it was not yet wrapped. I loaded & toted several loads from the storage locker to the truck to save time, the guys thought that was great. However, when they got to the destination, they took so long to unload, partly because they were I instagraming the location and having refreshments! The move wound up nearly 50% higher than the estimate.

These are the best movers I have had in 10 years. They are everything you want in movers. Will be hiring again.

The movers were absolutely wonderful - fast, friendly, and very careful. They were also very patient with me and helped set up furniture without me even asking.

I wish the movers had been more efficient moving my things into the destination -- my final payment was for a longer time period than the highest time estimate I was given, and I think my time would have been within the estimate if the movers had been working the entire time and not standing around and joking with each other. The movers did an excellent job, but I paid more than expected and wish I was within the quoted price estimate.

They guys were super nice and speedy! The office staff was very helpful and accommodating with our move. No complaints!

I used Two Men and A Truck to move from my city high rise to the suburbs. I had one stop at a storage unit that was easily accommodated by the movers. They were professional and very gentle with my vintage items. They kept in constant contact with me when it came to their arrival time. Moving is not easy but they made it feel much less stressful.

I liked that I could book online. I didn't like that my movers where 3 hours late and updates were very sparse. I also learned that the delay was mainly due to bad scheduling from the office, which in unacceptable.

The 2 movers were fantastic. They were very thorough, kind and quick. Very much appreciated their work and the fact that we were able to point out what was going and they took it from there. Would definitely use the two of them again.

Used this company last year and that move team was great. This time it was the opposite. Bad attitudes, grumbling and no sense of urgency. At 63 I move faster than the movers did.
