I procrastinated on hiring movers until the last day. It was my first time hiring professionals to do the job. I was hesitant to drop that kind of money, and so I put it off, and put it off, and put it off...’I am so glad I decided to do it. The office staff explained everything very conscientious, including expenses and services offered, as well as same day scheduling and procedures. The movers were polite, accommodating, efficient and careful. I’ll never move without movers again. Fifty-bazillion points to all involved. Thanks!

I had a great experience -- the crew was professional and efficient. My only issue is that two days before our move I was told that the marble I asked to be moved, could no longer be moved. I specifically asked for an A-Frame to move large sheets of marble and when I signed the agreement I was told yes, but then when I asked to verify two days before the move I was told no.

The gentleman's that came was friendly, prompt and most of all easy to get along with! Kudos to them both for traveling to downtown to help us out. Employees like this are hard to come by. Hold on to these two! They work great together!

Taylor Trim was very unprofessional when discussing the details of the move. Mr. Trim did not want to take any suggestions on how to improve the moving service provided and to ensure the movers are trained properly to assist with all moves.

The office staff did not explain the movers were not able to take certain highway or expressways which would have saved time, and make the duration of the trip less time. I asked for 30min - 45mim to be deducted from the overall duration of the move due to sluggishness of movers, difficulty with moving items and packing/wrapping items properly.

Movers should be allowed to take breaks, therefore stopping the time and allowing them to resume when well rested and have full energy. The movers spent extra time re- sealing/ re- packaging items.

My experience with your company has been nothing but horrific. The movers broke several of my items, incorrectly wrapped furniture causing stains and tears in my couch, overcharged our credit card...the list goes on. Before all of these issues arose, I had recently recommended several friends to your company who have upcoming moves. I have since told them to call in and cancel their reservations with you, which they will not hesitate to do now that they know the truth behind your business operations. I will be taking these issues up with the President of your company, as he should know about the poor representation your franchise has on the company as a whole.

My moving team went above and beyond for me. They dealt with a difficult property manager who was incredibly rude and unprofessional, but they stayed calm and professional the entire time. They also helped calm me down in a very stressful move, reassuring me at all times that everything would be ok. Shout out to Frank and the guys! They were absolutely amazing!
