First office person wasn't that helpful second was great

movers were polite, you offered flexibility, and the office team had all of the details covered.

When not all of the furniture fit, managers came within 2 hours after we called to personally ensure the rest was moved. Quality service!

The team showed up at 8 am on the dot! very professional and courteous; originally they looked around and called it "small move" and told me it was going to be 1.5 to pack up the truck; it took a little longer more like 2 hours and same goes for the unload. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend this service to others.

See the customer service complaint placed on Saturday 11/10, DeRogatis 773-230-8941, and forwarded by the customer service rep my wife and I spoke to to the manager/supervisor, Joe. The rep was most sympathetic, and read the email he composed while on the phone with us back to us twice to make sure he got it right. Joe did not call me back over the weekend -- I had to call him Monday 11/12 at 11 a.m. -- and during our conversation, he offered no satisfaction whatsoever beyond a half-hour credit on the move, and in fact he grew increasingly less sympathetic as our conversation progressed as he heard I was not pleased with his offer. I hung up without resolution and will investigate other remedies, including spreading this story far and wide. Call up the complaint, and you'll see why. JIM

Two Men and a Truck were fantastic! The movers were quick and efficient in spite of the complexity of my move. I'll hire them for future moves.

They were great, efficient, fast, and kept my belongings safe across the moving the process.

I used Two Men And A Truck earlier this week to move in to our new home. The three young men that showed up were extremely professional polite and hard working. They asked great questions and followed any special request that were given. I would definitely use this company again. I apologize I can not remember all three of the names.

We were very pleased with everyone who helped us including Christina, Fidel and Ian!!! All did an excellent job!

I appreciated that my moving team took care to only use the boxes they needed and heeded my request to keep areas clean by putting down cardboard where they walked in the new place. Thanks for being great!
