Made my move very easy! Treated my items carefully and i was sincerely impressed by the hustle/effort the movers displayed - they were on a mission. Completed my move in less than the estimated time at a fair price

The experience was good. I would say the office staff was helpful but there were offerings on the website that did not correspond to what was offered over the phone (local storage, for example). The office staff was friendly and set phone and text reminders.
The movers themselves were also good. They were efficient and helpful with the pack up and gave us time in the unpack to figure out where our stuff was going to go. There were some issues with the garage and the movers did not alert me to it and there was a 60 minute delay. In addition, there were scratches, paint marks and a few deeper nicks in the furniture after the move. These were the reasons I provided an acceptable ranking. The experience, particularly given the price, was not close to excellent but I would likely use again.
