The moving team of 3 guys was great on both days. They realized they were moving expensive furniture and were extremely careful. One piece was damaged and Eugene, the repair man, has not been out to our home to evaluate it. Most of our furniture is still in the warehouse it was delivered to and has not been unwrapped so I have no idea if other pieces are damaged also.

I was extremely disappointed in the service provided by the movers. They did not come with any tools so wasted a good amount of time because they could not take apart my bed. They kept asking me to find a L wrench which I did not have. After checking everywhere and almost running to store,I found tool kit in garage. I asked them to please return the kit because it was not mine and it was left out, torn apart, w the garage door wide open. They forgot to pack a dresser. The corners of my dark wood dining room table are all scratched up.They kept asking me to unpack things because they were rushing. Guy said he was going to 3:05 Cubs game which was lie. Game didn't start to 7:10. Left everything unwrapped and not where I wanted it.Figured better to move it myself then risk them breaking

It would have been so much better if team had come from city rather than DesPlaines. They were unfamiliar with lower bowels of city. But no complaints otherwise.

Excellent job, as always. Our moving team was FANTASTIC!

Crew was late arriving. Crew was inexperienced and challenged by logistics of fitting items through doors and on elevator. They damaged several items in the move: sofa fabric was torn, lamp shade torn, antique cedar chest that has been in my family three generations has two of its legs torn off. Crew leader did not have paperwork to file a damage claim and could not explain the process for resolution. I expected professionals and we were terribly disappointed. Will never use this company again.

Julio T and Robert G were excellent. They arrived on time and moved everything quickly and securely. I needed to have the furniture stored in a certain way at the storage facility and they did exactly what I asked without any fuss. They were done in a fraction of the time that was quoted which saved me money. I will recommend them to anyone who needs moving services.

On Friday June 14, 2019 I hired Two men and a truck to move some restaurant equipment. From the moment the crew stepped into the building
I knew I selected the right company. They were confident, polite, respectful and expeditious in their work. Mr. Trujillo, Mr. Sanders, Mr. Fleenor
and Mr. Burke worked as a team, looking out for each others safety and developing a strategy for each item moved.
I am pleased beyond words to have been able to work with this group of men. It made my week.
Please use this crew as an example to all your crews as to how work should be performed. I will be calling again and again if this is what your service standard is. Thank You, Joe D. from Chicago.

Two of the nicest people did my move. Efficient, friendly, and helpful. They made a stressful day better for me. I would recommend your moving company to anyone.

We made a last minute reservation for a same day move from one floor in our building to the next. The staff over the phone was very helpful in getting everything scheduled for us in a timely matter. The 3 gentleman that arrived to help us move were very knowledgable about the best way to get the move done quickly and I trusted them to deliver our items to our storage unit. I am very grateful for the work that this company did for us and I would absolutely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone who needs moving services in the future.

The two gentlemen were very experienced and patient. Very organized. Very contentious about the care of the property.
