Overall a good experience. Movers were quick and efficient. Unfortunately our nicest piece of furniture (king bed headboard/etc.) was broke due to movers letting it fall, but expect the company will make well and reimburse for this since the move includes insurance coverage by default.

I have filed a police report to document that one of the three men emptied a jar of change and place the jar on a crate behind the stove and then placed the red top on a shelf in the pantry where the jar was taken. The change has not been found.

Two Men and a Truck were prompt, gentle with our items and very friendly. I would use them again.

The team was super professional and efficient. Would absolutely recommend them to others!

Anthony and Price were AWESOME!! So professional and helpful. They made a stressful day go so much better than I imagined it could!

I think the office staff/those that I communicated with via email to schedule the move were difficult to work with and made things more complicated than they needed to be. The movers were exceptional - absolutely no issues.

Truck and men were late an hour. Truck was not equipped with supplies to do the move. The men had to wait ON OUR DIME(we were charged for this time!!!) until one guy went out to Home Depot or uhaul to get supplies!!! Called the office to complain and no one would return our call. The office is where the problem exists. Don’t think I’ll ever use and it recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

All terms and logistics seemed in place until the movers arrived and changed a lot of stuff. Like, I confirmed twice with the office if I could leave the clothes in dresser drawers, and movers pretty much made me remove them and put them in boxes.

phone rep gave misleading info. I explained to her the number of boxes and also all of the furniture that was to be moved. This person apparently has poor listening skills or a lack of understanding the English language. She list my items to be sixty four which is absurbed. How could a two bedroom apt. consisting of funiture, clothing plus household items be 64 items. I told her I thought more than two movers would be a good fit. She said only two were needed. I also said my move in time allowed 3 hrs obviously more men were needed. It took 6.5 hours to complete my move. This is unacceptable. Moving is stressful enough but to have a company trying to extend the time to nickel and dime a customer is so unprofessional. Over $1,200 for a small apt in the city not a house. Skip this co.

Marcus and his team showed up at 8:00am on the dot. They were very friendly and overall did a great job. One scratch on the floor and the corner of a dresser I told him was important to me. They worked very hard and within the allotted time.
