The movers were not able to take apart my bedframe and had to leave it behind. I had to bring in other movers to get the job done.

The movers worked hard, were courteous, were careful with all furniture, and explained all steps along the way. Pleased with the end product!

I have been pleased with my past moves. Office staff very reliable, responsible, explains clearly. Communication with emails and calls good. I don't worry about not showing up etc.
The movers we had last Wed.. I have requested to finish the move end of the month.

Movers took over 30 minutes to go 4 blocks. Movers scratched walls at brand new apt.

The staff that moved me was excellent! It was a bit of a stressful day, and my initial crew showed up only to find that the lot they had to use to park their truck was getting new asphalt. Troy, the logistics manager, was so incredibly kind, patient and helpful in getting a new crew assigned to me the same day!! The new crew that showed up was equally helpful and took extra special care of my belongings - especially the things they learned were my favorites. There was minimal damage to the floors, but again - Trent from the customer sat team called to check in and when I told him about the floor, he was very willing to help get me in contact with their vendor for a quick fix. Everyone I interacted with was so helpful and made a very stressful time a little less stressful :) THANK YOU!

Overall, I was satisfied. My only complaint is that the office staff did not inform me that Lakeshore Drive was not an option to be driven on with the truck, and being from out of state, I was unaware of this. The truck actually had to go out of the way to get to my new address, which added time, which I was unaware of which was going to happen. The office staff needs to be more direct when telling or explaining the routes that the drivers will be taking.

William and Lawry showed up on time and with big smiles on their faces. I immediately liked both of them and they set me at ease. They took great care with my belongings and after unpacking I found not a single thing was broken or damaged. They were professional and friendly and William even helped me change a light bulb when I wasn't tall enough to reach it.
