I scheduled my appointment in March for a morning appointment on May 1st. However, on the day of my appointment waiting during my quoted arrival time, I finally received a phone 40 minutes into that quotes time that my movers will not be there and the earliest they can get there was 12:30pm. I expressed my frustrations especially since I had taken the day off. Around 11:30am I called to confirm that 12:30 was still the ballpark and they said yes. I did not receive my movers until 1:30pm. 4 and a half hours late. I knew it wasn’t the movers that arrived it wasn’t there fault it was the office people. The movers were great with my belongings and finished the job in 4.5 hours. I just won’t be using the company ever again.

Both Gilbert and Sap were incredible - they got our move completed 2 hours early even though our elevator was broken. They were friendly and positive - they made our move so easy for us and that is truly priceless!

movers did not show up with tools, thus they were not able to take the legs off my couch. for the price I paid and considering all other professional movers I've hired have showed up with tools, I was shocked. Although they did take off for some of the time wasted trying to get my couch in the building and then transporting it to another location to store, I now have to pay again to have someone move my couch and I'm without seating in my living room. Again, if the cost were cheaper I could justify it but I've had uhaul movers come more prepared.

The team I was sent was a godsend. The team leader Jermaine - what a professional! Levelheaded calm cool and collected, he would succeed in any business but wow what a professional. His second in command Hunter - wow! I mean this guy is an absolute moving monster! I’ve never seen anybody move so many heavy boxes so carefully and quickly.

A third member showed up a little late. That’s OK because you sent a supervisor, I think his name was Cody or Colby, to help out, so I felt very well taken care of. Fabulous service, have no problem recommending

I had a moving by you in 2016, and that two guys were very good, efficient, good of protecting my furnitures, and they have the know how and skill to do that job.
But this time, the two guys are very slow in doing everything, it seems the two men were not coordinate with each other, and they seems tired and not enough strength to handle my furniture, and bumped my furniture against the walls along the hallway. They were not organized, and sometimes one guy was working on something and another one don't know what to do!!! and lastly, they damaged my computer desk, totally broke off the left side panel and drawer, .... and they took a long time travel on the road, totally very bad experience!!

I have moved many times. Never in any of those moves, had I had movers with such a positive attitude. They could visibly see that I was stressed, and they did everything they could to help me feel better. They were extremely friendly and professional. I am very impressed with how fast and careful they were with moving our property. If I could guarantee a way to have these exact two movers again, I would rehire Two Men and a Truck.

One of my movers complained the whole time. About the walking up the stairs and going through the alley. Mind you the move was of a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor to another first floor. So you would think processional movers would be use to that and this wasn't a 3rd floor or higher climb/walk. Seemed to take their time and drag the clock out.

Our two movers were excellent!!! Truck was too small, I discussed home size over the phone prior to reservation. I was not happy that there was no reimbursement for the truck not being large enough.

Moving team was great. Arrived right on time, moved our things quickly and carefully. And had positive, friendly personalities.

Everything was great until they couldn’t figure out how to move my couch out of my old place. That added two plus hours of costs onto my move.
