The two people that helped me were very nice/awesome to work with. Absolutely no complains about the movers. My only "complaint" is that given the amount of items I had (biggest items being my bed/dresser) I don't think it should have taken the full 3 hours. The last time I moved I had more things and it took barely two hours. I have talked with friends who have just moved and they had over 2 full bedroom sets plus furniture and made two stops and the whole thing took their movers just about 3 hours. So that was my only concern. Other than that great service, and great people both moving and in the office. Thanks!

The two movers were nice and helpful, we worked together to get the move done as fast as possible and were able to save me some money by getting it done quicker. Great guys, very happy to work with them.

Our arrival window was from 9am-10am. Our movers didn't show up until 11:30am. The most frustrating issue was no one in the Two Men office communicated much regarding why our movers were running so late. Brian at Two Men called at 9am to let us know the movers would be arriving closer to 10:30am as there were truck troubles. At 10:15am, I still hadn't heard from anyone. I called Two Men and they said they were trying to figure out the issue and would call me ASAP. At 11am, I still hadn't heard from anyone. I called Two Men again and received the same response that they were trying to figure out the issue and would call me ASAP. Our movers finally called at 11:10am and let us know they would arrive in 20 minutes. Our movers were awesome, but the late arrival was miserable.

Two Men has always been my go-to moving company. I had a good experience the last couple of times. I will say it was a bit more expensive this last time than my last move a couple years ago. The movers were very professional and were awesome at making sure my furniture was all able to move in to my new place, even if it meant taking apart some chairs to fit them through the door. Everyone was reassembled and placed where I requested it. They were on time and courteous to call before arriving to site to make sure I was ready for them. Any concerns with the furniture were flagged to me before they moved it so I was aware of the condition pre and post move. I will always use Two Men for moving services in the future.

The only positive experience I had with my move was the movers. I originally had a moving time between 9-10am and nobody showed up. I called the office multiple times, talked to 2 different people who weren’t in Chicago at the time, and left 3 voicemails before I got ahold of someone who could help me. The guys didn’t get to my apartment till 1pm. The 3 men who were called on were professional, funny, and very understanding.

I had three men since they needed to move a vertical piano. They did a good job overall, very responsible. The only thing that I would like to see improved is to be more prepared when going into houses with new carpet. wearing shoe covers or rolling out a plastic would have worked. In my case I asked to removed shoes when moving boxes to the room with new carpet. they followed instructions without any problem. All good! would hire them again.

We had two moves scheduled - one from old apartment into a storage unit, than from storage unit into new apartment. Scheduling both moves was fairly pain free and efficient. However communication on the day of the move was terrible. No one ever picks up at the logistics number and the mailbox is full. For the second move, movers arrived a full two hours after the end of the arrival window. We also had a glass China cabinet that was shattered when we unwrapped it. It's unclear whether that happened in the first or second move. I would say any move that results in broken furniture is an unsuccessful one.

While the movers seemed like nice people, the driver and lead had a very nonchalant attitude about being ill-prepared with tools to do the job (ie disassemble furniture for moving). This caused at least an hour delay in my move with one of the three men I hired and PAID to have needing to walk to a hardware store and was gone for an hour while nothing inside the apartment was being done (ie he wrapping furniture while the other 2 were unloading the elevator/truck). As a result of this and general lack of coordination compared with other moves I’ve had (several), I didn’t get to move out of my storage unit as planned the same day, they didn’t place my heavy TV in the fireplace as asked, broke xpensive furniture and now I can’t even get a call back from the office. Will not use again.
