The movers were fantastic. There was quite a lot to get done, they did great! Truly could not be happier with their work!

The few issues I had were that my walls were scuffed up by the movers. Also my bed set was not re assembled and before I even had realized that the movers were gone. Lastly I was charged one amount at the house which I signed off on. Then i received a call saying that a travel charge was not included. so my price doubled. Overall it was a completely different experience compared to the first one.

Allison M my coordinator was very pleasant and responsive. The move crew were also hard working and focused. The logistics team was terrible. Called when move should have started and informed me of a three hour delay. Move could not be completed and my things were kept overnight. Next day I was informed the truck needed a battery jump and was delayed 3 hours. I was forced to stay in a hotel awaiting my things. Also incurred a $550 charge from the condo association to allow for a Sat move. 2 items damaged. I am waiting for a resolution of this debacle and reimbursement of the charges incurred. Just huge disappointment from the logistics team and follow up.

They did a great job accommodating all my needs and were extremely efficient in moving my items. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job.

Overall the move went smooth. They office staff was very nice and the movers were great. Two pieces of my furniture were damaged. I have yet to hear back on how this will be handle. I have used Two Men and a Truck before and was happy with their service. I was a little disappointed this time that the movers were not more careful.

My experience with the service was excellent! I used the service eight years ago, and it was excellent back then too! This is why I relied on you again for the moving help. Mike and Russell were awesome! They had a strategy mapped out for both locations that made the move very efficient and they were a pleasure to work with! I hope they are recognized within the company for the excellent service they provided. A+ service the whole way through.

The guys were very helpful and polite. Also got the job done in no time flat. Will use again. No complaints.

The guys I had were amazing. So nice, polite and professional. They took great care in packing and moving my things. I just can’t say enough good things about the two young gentleman you sent for me, truly awesome!
