My office person was good. My movers were excellent, efficient, professional and courteous. Lead mover was able to assess late arrival and ask for additional help.

Had some issues with wall damage but that was quickly and appropriately addressed. Thanks.

My movers were assigned another job before mine and as a result arrived half an hour after their arrival window. As a result they could not finish the job within the freight elevator reservation I had made and had to take two trips, which took several extra hours and cost me several hundred dollars.

While there was some confusion/delay on the day of my move in terms of communication with the mgmt office, the team themselves were excellent. All were extremely polite, professional, and moved quickly to help make up for late start. I would give all of the 4 workers who came to my unit (especially the first pair) a 10/10 rating. Great to work with and great attitudes.

Truly a five star moving experience! I received a call in the morning letting me know that they were on the way within the timeframe of my appointment. Doug and Kevin arrived and greeted me with a smile both eager to get started. They were both VERY friendly and explained the process and asked me if I had any questions before we started. They got the truck loaded very quickly being careful not to damage any furniture. My dresser was quite heavy and staircase was very steep so they called in another mover for assistance. Sean arrived in about 25 minutes. He was super friendly and VERY supportive of Kevin And Doug. He wanted to make sure that safety was the #1 priority. He asked me to relax and grab a beer while they moved the dresser. Got it down safely and w/no damage. Moved in!
