Wasn’t informed about the credit card hold, estimate was way more than told, I was told my stuff would be wrapped and protected before moved to the truck, and it wasn’t. They dragged my brand new white bed across the truck with no type of cover or wrap on it. The movers scratched and damaged my bed frame and then denied it when I pointed it out, they spilt pine sol on my new shirt that I had packed in the box. I called customer service to file a complaint and they told me they would call me back the following day... I’m yet to receive a call 3 days later. Very dissatisfying service, very upset, and very hurt.

This was a small/partial move to get my place ready to show. The guys were AWESOME: polite, careful, courteous and worked so well as a team! Will be using them in the future!

The team you sent to move my daughter home from college was excellent. They all worked well together and were extremely efficient. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

The movers took care of everything that I was worried about, particularly getting the couch and bed out of my old apartment and up three flights of stairs to my new one. They even disassembled the necessary parts of the bed in order to transport it, and assembled it back together in the new place.

I was surprised that the movers did not use a ramp when loading/unloading my goods to and from the truck. I think doing so would have ensured their safety and my belongings. I think this a major reason why the glass top to my desk was dropped and shattered.

I needed a large piece of furniture moved from downstairs to upstairs around a tricky stair landing. Movers were very careful and efficient. I was very pleased with your service.

I was very pleased with Joey and his team. They checked in with me before the move. They were on time and worked very quickly and efficiently completing the move in much less than time than had been estimated. They were respectful and friendly and carefully wrapped the TV, couches and some of the furniture. This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck and I would highly recommend them.

The two gentleman that moved us were very pleasant and hard working. Made the move very easy for us. It was a hot day and a lot of stairs but they did the job quickly and never complained.

The movers did a fabulous job! They were punctual, well prepared, and they worked quickly and safely. They had a lot of exceptionally heavy things to move up many stairs for me on that day and despite how hard they were working, they remained poised, friendly, courteous, and polite all throughout the process! Very much appreciated! They were all so professional both in appearance and in their work ethic! All five of the movers worked very well together-there was no arguing at all- they were very organized and everything moved more smoothly than I could have even imagined. I got the impression that they were all very experienced movers, and it seemed as though they have all worked together for years. Thank you so much, and I will certainly be using your company again in the future! A+++ :)
