I had a booked move and no trucks were available for the move. My movers had to go miles away to another location and were an hour over the latter time of my window. I had to miss class and both of the movers were complaining the entire time.

The crew were professional and explained procedure. Also asked questions to resolve any upcoming issues that might occur later with the move. They also made everything look so easy!

Issue 1: The movers spend 45 mins to get couch out of my condo, kept making phone calls to base unit for suggestions when I was very clearly that they have overpadded the couch which is why it is stuck. Issue 2: When the job finished, the movers made a call to base unit for 20 mins which was billed to me by the hour. In total, I think 1 hour money should be refunded back to me.

My moving team was not enthusiastic or fast at all. They seemed to take way too long.

Office staff was great as were the two guys that moved us. Very cordial and business like.

I've used Two Men and a Truck before, they were a pleasure to work with then and a pleasure to work with during this move. The movers were prepared with their supplies in hand; they were on time and ready to work and get this job done. The office staff was pleasant and were able to answer all of my concerning questions. Yes, I would use and recommend Two Men and a Truck moving co. These two young men represented their company well from start to finished. A business will always be in great standing when they have staff such as these. Well done

The office team was professional and responded promptly to questions. The movers were excellent. We were really pleased with the intrastate move and the professionalism before, during, and after the move.
