The in-house. The guys packed boxes for me, moved boxes and other furniture items to garage, and moved a table, chairs, microwave from upstairs. Also shrink wrapped a metal kitchen table and moved to garage for storage. Also disassembled a bakers rack and moved shelves to garage. Wonderful work and made me very happy! -Natalie

I wasn’t present for most of the move but my wife was there and said the movers were polite,courteous and friendly.So in my opinion I would definitely refer Two Men And A Truck to anyone needing moving service.

Everyone was helpful, clear in their explanations to me, professional and efficient. I changed the date once and the staff in the office were easy to work with and kind. The fellas who did the move were so quick and careful. I really trust this company and will use them again!

The drivers missed my deadline and I was not communicated with, so I called the office and found out that the original drivers were very late so they gave me a new team. The new team arrived an hour and a half after my original timeline ended. I am very disappointed with this. Once the movers arrived, everything else went well.

THe initial phone call for an estimate was pushy to say the least. All she wanted was a credit card to hold the date. She repeated this more than 3 times. Essentially every time she had a chance. I recieved an estimate for $300. Estimate was 450 when movers arrived. That would be the high end I was told. Estimate had EVERYTHING wrong. I had an elevator to move out. 3 floor stairs to move in. Estimater on phone said none of that mattered. Movers said it did. Called to mention they lost a VCR and piece of class. Was told Id get phone call right back. 2 days later a manager calls to check on how move went. I explained I was still waiting on call back about lost items from 2 days before. He said he would jump on it, and did, kinda. Paid $8 for class piece worth much more. Nothing on VCR. WORST

We used Two Men and a Truck for our pack and move. This was our first time having a moving company move us and we weren't sure what to expect. In hindsight, I wish we'd packed ourselves because our packers, while kind and courteous, made a few errors that the movers were a bit a frustrated by. We split our pack and move across two days and I wish we'd had the same people packing as moving because our movers went above and beyond to make our move feel incredible. While we were satisfied by both services, I wish we'd packed ourselves for the simple fact of having the control over how things were packed. But if you're in a pinch and need to move quickly without packing -- this is the place to be. Definitely recommended.

I went with Two Men & a Truck because they had a 2 hour minimum which worked out great since my move was a little over 2 hours. Robinson and Owens were very good and very professional. I would use Two Men again and recommend it.

The two men were friendly and swift. They made sure my things were handled properly and I would definitely use them again.
