Overall the move was acceptable. The office team sent several emails requesting information about the service. When I finally replied after I settled in, I informed the supervisor (Taylor) that the young men that moved me did assemble one of my sofas per our agreement and payment. Taylor informed that there could be a resolution. When I presented a possible resolution Taylor then informed me per a “sales manager” that my resolution would not resolve my issue. I will not use them again and will make sure none of my friends go this route. At least not this particular office.

This is the first time that I have used 2 men and a truck. I was only moving from one studio apartment to another which covered a distance of at most 3 blocks but I must admit that I am something of a pack rat and I don't really move often. The guys that showed up couldn't have been more helpful and will recommend your service to anyone needing this kind of help.

i couldn't be happier with the whole experience. in particular, the 2 gentlemen who moved furniture around 3 homes, took a long day and was not easy, were fantastic. i'm sorry i'm forgetting their names but i hope someone will make a note of this for them.

Cyrus, Tito and Ray were amazing. They introduced themselves, took care of paperwork and then they were ON IT! They took care to lay out runners on the floor so as not to damage the floor. They moved slow with the large furniture so it wouldn't be damaged. They called to let me know the estimated time of arrival. And they listened to directions when we pointed to what needed to be transported and when it was to be placed when it arrived. I appreciate their hard work!

The entire moving experience was a breeze! I cannot thank Two Men and a Truck enough for the organization, professionalism and care they took when they moved our furniture. The management is top notch as are the movers. I will recommend this company to everyone and will use them again in a heartbeat. Original quote was miss quoted. I chose to move on a Friday as they said week days were less expensive. The day before my move, they called back to say a mistake was made (and I scheduled my move two weeks out) and that they had to charge me weekend rates. At that point there was nothing I could do but eat the extra costs.

I still haven't gotten a final charge for my bill/move. I'm not sure exactly how much it cost at this point.

The moving crew was professional and polite. They seemed to defy physics getting our crazy double lazy boy couch out of the old apartment and up to the 2nd floor of the new place. Thank you!

At all levels, the communication, consideration, and professionalism were of the highest degree. I will definitely use TMAT again.

They were professional, fast and took care of my belongings and being pregnant I wanted a stressfree move.
