I ended up paying about double what was quoted, and only learned after that I had the option for someone to come in person and quote. Several items I needed at my temporary apartment ended up in storage, even though I asked all day long, about keeping things strait. "Don't worry". There were two teams which slowed things down a lot, I had to help store things because it got so late and we had to stop for the day.

I will say that customer support was very willing to help me make things right by not charging me an overnight fee and taking things to Goodwill. (ran out of time). They will also meet me Friday to look for the things in storage that I need. Hard to give a good rating at this time. Even though they made things right, I won't know until Friday if I can get what I need from storage. Also, this move should never have turned into such a problem. Morning team had no hustle, the manager was not on top of things. I did have to pay for all the extra time, and while customer support did make this right by taking my things to Goodwill, I would contend that it everything should have been done in at least about 3 or 4 less hours. There would not have been extra cost for anyone.

Because of how customer support handled the situation, I would use them again. I will ask for a firm quote next time. I answered that I would not give a recommendation, I only had Yes or No as an option. I would recommend 2 Men, but would caution how it's quoted, and ask about the experience of the team assigned to the job.

My move was handled well. No damage, and it was done in three hours in a professional manner. Well worth it to save my back for once.

Everything starts with the booking team and Christina was so great to work with! She made the booking process a breeze. I've used Two Men many times before and the moving team this time was stellar as usual as well. Thanks for making my move so seamless!

The movers were great (Will and William). Otherwise, I’ve move 900 miles at a price twice as much as moving just a quarter mile. I know time is money but your prices are too high.

Everyone was great! My 3 movers were fantastic. Super hard working, did everything as fast as they could with great care for my items. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
