There were some complications with timing and price with my move that had nothing to do with the movers themselves, but rather the office logistics of people above their pay grade. Honestly, the movers should be making more per hour than the office people. The movers were great. They dealt with my previous building's management who wouldn't even deal with me. They handled stuff that should've been considered before they would've even needed to handle it. They did about twelve people's jobs. It shouldn't have been that difficult. The movers were awesome. But the complications from the office/logistics end of things gave me a panic attack because there was a point when I thought our move would happen at all the day we scheduled it. Only because the two men were awesome did it actually happen

My movers were very quick and courteous - they handled all of my furniture very well, and even with heavy traffic on move day they were still very friendly and accommodating.

Great job overall. I had to call back/email your office 3x, once to get the move estimate info (they forgot to attach to their email) and a second time to call to confirm the move the day before as I did not get the email confirmation I was told I'd get 48 hrs before. There was no answer on a Sunday (my move was Mon morning) so I left a VM. After a bit, I then called another # and talked w/ someone who confirmed we were on as scheduled. He sounded like a manager and was very helpful. Not big problems. Just took extra time of mine to chase down the missing item and then get confirmation. Overall experience great tho.

The guys that worked on my move were excellent - so helpful and just overall great to work with. They were quick and efficient. The logistics manager Jared was also fantastic in helping take me off the clock and allowing me to not pay for a truck to sit for four hours through team management. Very grateful!

I had a good experience overall. I think everyone has more stuff than they think they have and my space is awkward so they guys really just jumped in and made it happen. My brother had a good experience on his first move with Two Guys and a Truck and I would for sure recommend them and use them again.

The moving team was efficient, courteous and helpful. I would definitely hire again!

I will never, ever use this service again. The movers (who were clearly not the ones scheduled for the job) showed up 4 hours late. I had an appointment between 1-3, and they showed up at 7. Which means the whole job didn't get done until 11. I had to call the office 9 different times to get an answer from anyone as to when they'd show up, or if anyone was coming at all. I never got a call from the office, from the movers, from anyone explaining what was going on. I took off work, and wasted an entire day due to their bumbling mismanagement. There "compensation" was to take off the travel fee. It still ended up being over $600. I will not recommend this service to anyone I talk to. We've already left bad reviews on other sites. The movers were the only good part of the whole experience.

This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. My wife is 9 months pregnant so we needed some help and received the exact opposite. The movers were slow, took breaks and then disappeared for 30-45 minutes. I ended up moving half of the items because of the movers incompetence. They dropped our furniture and scuffed up our nice couch and end tables. I expect compensation for the absolutely horrendous experience we had.

Between my husband and myself, we have moved in this city about 10 times. This was our first time using Two Men and A Truck and it was BY FAR our worst experience ever. Honestly, if I had to describe it, I would call it horrendous from start to finish. We were given a 1-3pm window and the movers did not show up until 6:30pm. Once they did show up, the team of movers were extremely unprofessional, SLOW, sloppy, and inefficient. They didn't take good care with our items. I had to ask them several times to wrap and protect items and when they finally did, it was a poor job. The move took way too long- they spent more time standing around and joking than they did moving. I would never use Two Men and A Truck again.
