Best moving experience so far in Chicago. My moving team had a great attitude and were very efficient.

Our two movers were extremely respectful of our time and belongings. They had a great attitude throughout the entire process, even when we experienced a few hiccups (not as a result of the movers).

I used this company over ten years ago & they were great. Sorry to say as 2018 this company is the worst moving I have ever experienced in my life. It took them to complete my move 13 hours when this move was estimated a 5-6 hours only ridiculous. My furniture & 65’ LG TV was damaged & they didn’t have the proper tools to complete the job, I had to provide them with screw drivers, hammer, & etc. What kind of international company that doesn’t provide proper training to their staff/worker on how to pack, upload & unload a truck with labels on the boxes to what room each box goes into. Also the didn’t send enough man power to complete my move. Also I never received a letter or was informed about they don’t move stoves, refrigerators, washers, or dryers. This company is TERRIBLE!

This is my third time using this company, and they will continue to be my company of choice when moving. They are reliable, efficient, and respectful of my things. I always highly recommend this company whenever I know someone is moving. They make the whole process way easier. My movers had a great attitude and were very positive. They showed up in their given time window, communicated well with any issues or questions, and put me at complete ease with my belongings.

I was referred to your company by the property management company of my daughter's apartment building. From start to finish your organization made our move very easy. Your entire staff including sales, office, and movers were very friendly and professional. Thank you for a job well done!

I scheduled the service between 12-2:30pm. No one had showed up by 2:30 and I had a difficult time getting in contact with the logistics manager. When I finally did get on the phone with the manager, they said several people did not show up for work so the process was behind. The manager indicated that someone would show up around 4pm. I understand that things change but it’s incredibly important to stay in contact with the customer so you can alert them to changes like this. I will probably not use two men and a truck again as a result of the lack of communication.

The movers we had saved your review. Our truck was an hour past the later end of our move window which I only found out after calling your office, which I had to do 5 times before someone picked up. Had I not been proactive, who knows when I would have been alerted or if movers would have showed up as early as they did. We were moving into a building and completely missed our elevator window which meant I had to manually hold the elevator door while the guys loaded items. This completely inconvenienced other tenants in our building. Our movers were beyond fantastic, quick, courteous and professional. I felt awful for them because your logistics team put them in a bad situation. I would recommend 2 men but your logistics team needs improvement with planning and communication day of move.

Great experience with the moving team. Both of the guy who moved us had a super positive attitude even when we had problems with our property manager. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone looking to move.

Moving crew was polite and professional.
Seemed to have confusion on when they would arrive, but after they got to the apartment, they did a great job.
