Things were not wrapped, even though they had quilts on the truck. Some items were mis-handled and drawers dropped.
Somewhere between the pick up in Berwyn and the drop off in Algonquin, alcohol was consumed and could be smelled on one of the movers.
A second truck was called for and while the extra workers were needed the truck could have been returned after they helped with the load, the 2nd truck carried 3 items only, which could have easily fit in my pick-up. So I paid for an unneeded truck ride.
Several time sports cards, from my collection, were found laying on the ground.

I have used you before and am very unhappy with the results. In 2 months I need to do 2 more moves and will NOT be using you.

Reggie and his crew were amazing! We were moving to a 4th-floor walkup built in 1920 with tiny narrow staircases and doors. They managed to get all of our things loaded and unloaded safely, and somehow got our giant couch in through the door as well as carrying literally thousands of pounds of boxes. All while being polite and friendly! They earned their tips and I would 100% request them if I ever planned to move again. :)

The experience with Two Men and a Truck was good. The men who came to move the items for me were very pleasant and they seem dedicated to the task of moving my items with excellence!

“Two men and a truck that never showed up”. Just a suggestion for a company name. On the 4th of June we booked “Two men and a truck” services. Nobody showed up and my wife and I literally had to unload the 20’ container all ourselves. And because it was on a Saturday the office obviously wasn’t working. So all our calls and voice messages weren’t answered. 3,5 hours later we got the phone call that movers were just on their way. By that time the container was unloaded and all stuff was moved to the apartment. It was so unprofessional. Would never recommend this company to anyone. And the funny part, every time I tell this story, people can actually relate and agree that similar happened to them before.

This is the second time I used 2 Men. The moving team was very helpful, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job packing and unpacking the truck. Nothing was damaged or lost. They even help move a large item to the alley so that I could break up and toss in the garbage.

The movers I used were so professional and courteous! They handled all my items with extreme care and went above and beyond all that was asked of them. I was extremely satisfied with them and with this company. Will use them again!

This move was from a storage unit into a house. A China cabinet was broken when we unwrapped it. The Movers blamed the previous movers. The claim for the cabinet is still pending. In addition, one of our boxes is missing.
On the day of the move, the company was impossible to get a hold of. All the phone numbers, listed as "direct" lines, actually just go to their general customer service line. The logistics manager never picked up the phone, and their voice mailbox was full so I was never able to even leave a message. Also, the movers arrived 2 hours later than the end of their arrival window.
I will not be recommending this company to others, unless they somehow redeem them through improved customer management and service during this damage claim process.

Let’s see, first no one came out to assess my belongings and how much I have. I asked for boxes, none were given to me. The movers had a difficult time fitting things in the truck. Took time up. Talked to the office. Told they would call me back and never did. I called twice, for a guy named Troy. The movers took 1 hr and 47min. When I took only 30min. From the same distance. One piece of furniture was cracked and they insisted that they didn’t put anything on top of it. So it’s his/her words. Yet they did take pictures of my broken couch. Then why wouldn’t they take pictures of my other furniture if it was broken? Cause it wasn’t before- that’s why! They price was out different three times I used you all. I moved two blocks second time and this last move was longer and less money

Very professional movers. Came early and completed the job efficiently. I did find the process of paying with a credit card cumbersome. I had given a card number when the service was booked, so was surprised that the mover had to write down the numbers by hand and call the office for clearance.

My movers were excellent and worked hard. I would recommend the service to anyone moving!
