This was my first time using movers so I was a little nervous. The two men, Joshua and the other guy went far above my expectations. I usually don't go out of my way to write a good review but these two were amazing. Very professional and went the extra mile for me without hesitation. I had a set tip amount in my pocket and ended up reaching for more because I was so pleased with the job they had done. Joshua has to be one of your best movers because he did so many extra little things others probably wouldn't think of. I would seriously model your other movers after his tactics and attitude. Couldn't have been more pleased, thanks again.

I was able to book my move out only 5 days in advance. The guys showed up exactly on time, were quick and efficient in their handling of all my items, and I could tell they knew exactly what to do with every size and shape of box or piece of furniture I had. They didnt take any unnecessary extra time which would have cost me money, and were generally super friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend 2MAAT to anyone who is moving in the Chicagoland area.

At first I was very pleased with my move. The moving team seemed professional. However, 10 days after having moved in and finishing unpacking, I realized that 1) there are items missing, 2) walls were damaged, 2) floors were dirtied. (The movers left stains on my carpet with their shoes.) Also, the attitude of the leader of the moving team (his supporting staff were both good) became rude and gruff during the move. He did not reconstruct the furniture he took apart for the move and left it to me to put furniture back together, giving me only quick verbal instructions about how to do so. I am disappointed and will not use the service again.

Professional all around and any issues were quickly resolved. Would definitely refer and use again.

The gentlemen arrived at the first minute of the window provided. We were told between nine and ten. They were at the first location by nine on the dot. They completed the move by 11:45. We didn't schedule use of the elevator of our new building until noon. Had we known that they were so fast, we would have scheduled our move-in time for 11 to 3. The three gentlemen were efficient, worked very well together and very courteous. Their names were Jay, Vincent and Jamelle. The price was lower than the other bids we got so we were worried about service, but we were very pleased. There were a couple of things we needed to follow up on after the move that fell through the cracks. I think follow up is inefficient. Overall, I would recommend them highly. Many thanks, Michel S.

My movers were excellent. They busted their buts during the heat wave we had during my move. I recommend giving them all raises!

The team was punctual, friendly and very efficient.
All there guys were very polite and professional.
They were able to perform the task much faster than expected.
