The guys that came explained everything perfectly and protected all the fragile stuff well. They were also very quick and polite.

I'm very happy with the service at Two Men and a Truck. The moving crew had a great attitude and energy, even though they'd been working all day, and I was the last move. I can't thank them enough.

Our moving team, Derrick and Denzel worked very hard on a hot day in Chicago. They never stopped ! Even when frustrated with the crowded alley they remained calm and quietly lifted the ramp and moved the truck as needed. They carefully wrapped framed photographs and paintings. There were no scratches or breakage of anything. These 2 young men are very hard-working and courteous! They represented your company very well! Also, Kelsey was so helpful and explained everything in detail. She put all of my anxiety to rest. It was helpful to have a person familiar with the details of our move and be able to connect with her personally. Again, a big "Thank you" to Derrick and Denzel!!

I’ve seen your trucks for years, here in the Chicagoland area and when I lived in Denver. I emailed you first to inquire about my move. The process was seamless, I could take care of everything via email. That was a time saver. The customer service rep was courteous and prompt with her correspondence. When receiving the quote, I felt the pricing was fair and gave it a shot. The two men who moved me, Doug and Jacob, were great!! They called when they were 10 minutes away from my home, that was nice. Positive attitudes, great communication and super fast, all while taking great care of my things. They were terrific and represented the company well. I will use Two Men and a Truck for my moving needs in the future and have already recommended to my friends. Thanks!

Great movers. Awesome and helpful. My window was 2-4 and i was called at 1 saying it would be closer to 4. At 330 i got a call from the movers saying they were at my storage unit. Dispatch did not call me to give me any warming like i had asked, so i had to pay for an Uber to meet them asap. I was pretty unhappy about that, but the movers were perfect.

I was pleased with the experience and the price was as expected. The men who helped me were courteous and very careful with my belongings. They did a great job.

We were extremely pleased with the moving experience we had with Two Men and a Truck. The office staff was great from initial intake to reminders. The follow up after the move was a nice touch. Dewayne and Dillon called and gave us their ETA which was right on. They were so polite, courteous and intelligent. They were very careful with our stuff and packed everything thoughtfully and carefully. They were delightful young men - a credit to their parents and to your company! They were as careful unloading as they were loading. They took their time to make sure everything was where it was supposed to be. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck - they are local and they care!

I was very happy with the service of the two young men whom moved my sofa.

I moved from a 1200 square foot condo where everything was packed. The men arrived around 8:15 and it took them until 3-3:30 to load the truck. They had exclusive use of the freight elevator. Management called me to warn me they were slow walking - box by box - and on their phones or standing around when they were in the freight area. No wardrobes were provided as ordered. They then found 2 but there were no bars. This was the worst move - out of 20 or more - we got done after 9pm!!! I will let everyone know how horrible this service was! In addition, they lost the legs to part of my sectional so it cant be put together.
