The movers were excellent in their interaction, professionalism, and care of my furniture and home. However, the assessment of the duration and cost of the move provided to me by the movers on the day of the move was much higher than the moving time and cost I was given from the office staff prior to the move.

Customer service team was not forth coming with all information regarding truck size and payment options. The moving team was great but more than 2 men are needed to move a four bed room house.

The two guys moving us were great. Friendly, fast, respectful!!

I had stuff damaged during my move, the follow up from the General Manager was completely awful.

The move went very well and the team was very professional and hardworking. They introduced themselves and shook hands at the pickup and delivery locations which gave a great 1st impression. They worked extremely hard to move 2 very heavy cabinets through a hall that turned and up a flight of stairs, were very considerate of the safety of one another as well as being careful not to damage the items or properties. Kudos to these 3 gentlemen for a job well done!

The moving team I had was excellent. They worked very quickly, were very polite and and completed the job very well. This team went above and beyond to be helpful. The person on the phone estimated the move very very well. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend and use this moving company again. Thank you

Wasn’t informed about the credit card hold, estimate was way more than told, I was told my stuff would be wrapped and protected before moved to the truck, and it wasn’t. They dragged my brand new white bed across the truck with no type of cover or wrap on it. The movers scratched and damaged my bed frame and then denied it when I pointed it out, they spilt pine sol on my new shirt that I had packed in the box. I called customer service to file a complaint and they told me they would call me back the following day... I’m yet to receive a call 3 days later. Very dissatisfying service, very upset, and very hurt.

This was a small/partial move to get my place ready to show. The guys were AWESOME: polite, careful, courteous and worked so well as a team! Will be using them in the future!

The team you sent to move my daughter home from college was excellent. They all worked well together and were extremely efficient. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

The movers took care of everything that I was worried about, particularly getting the couch and bed out of my old apartment and up three flights of stairs to my new one. They even disassembled the necessary parts of the bed in order to transport it, and assembled it back together in the new place.
