3 guys showed up to move me and they were polite, courteous and very professional. I would use them again the next time I move. Price came in under budget which was very good.

All three men that moved my belongings were great.

The movers were friendly, professional, and very polite. I could not have asked for a better experience. My only concern is that my credit card information was on a clip board that was out on the truck and on the sidewalk next to the truck when there was no one attending it. It poses a huge risk for identity/bank fraud on my part. That information should be locked in the truck cab during the moving process until you get the iPads in place for payment.

It was fast and easy and I would recommend this service in the future.

The customer service rep sent me through loops and made me give him my credit card information spoken over the phone, and also in a typed form and in pictures. I told the representative information about the pick-up of my boxes and sent him some forms. None of that information was relayed to the movers and I had to explain everything all over again to them. The movers took a copy of my credit card also. Please eliminate the representative taking your credit card information three times because the movers take a copy of it as well and it's a security threat. Also, make sure the customer service rep communicates with the movers. There was no communication between them and it frustrated me to have to explain everything over again to the movers when I already did with the rep.

The guys were great, fast and just nice guys. Give them a raise!

Awesome crew who worked hard, were courteous to my family and I, seemed to care, and were extremely professional!! Brandon and Malcolm did a great job and treated my possessions as if they were their own. Great workers and a great experience all around. I will definitely spread the word about your company and my 2 movers... and their truck, too!!

The crew was on time, efficient, careful with special items. They knew how to move around the city and arrive in a prompt manner. I would definitely use this service for a next move.

It was a hard move, and I felt bad making these guys do such heavy lifting, but they finished the job in a timely manner and with a positive attitude the whole time!

My moving team was very nice. However, I felt that they did not take direction well. I advised them to use the back stairway for the couch b/c there were less doors and tight angles to move around. They ignored me and took the more difficult route. They skipped over items/boxes still left in rooms that should have been packed on the truck 1st (before boxes going to a separate storage unit). This cost us unnecessary time & money. Often, 2 of the 3 men were loading. 1 just watched. 1 man disappeared to play w/ his phone & only reappeared when I asked where he was. When done at 1st place, they said they would meet me @ the new apt. I arrived & they weren't there. I called & they said they were at lunch (which is fine) but they didn't tell me b4 so I ended up skipping lunch unnecessarily.
