We moved a curio cabinet with all glass and mirrored components so it required great care and skill to move this thing from a basement at one house to the second floor of another house. The movers wrapped everything and delicately moved the cabinet from place to place. Then they cleaned the shelves and cabinet. They did an outstanding job and were extremely professional and courteous. We couldn't be more pleased.

I will never use your company again. You damaged a piece of furniture and refuse to pay for the damages even though I paid for 5,000 in coverage.

Me and my family swear by them - they are slightly more expensive than other companies but the extra is 100% worth it. Movers are so courteous and genuine and make the move very low stress. The two guys who helped me out were excellent - so friendly and informative. Were with me every step of the way and let me know how things progressed so I always knew what was going on. Excellent care for my belongings and they even complimented my new apartment. Pre-move the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was transparent and easy to understand. They take good care of you!

They took 7 hours to move a half empty house with no dishes, clothes or accessories - entirely too long and then when putting in storage was haphazard without any thought soni had to get a second storage unit - these items all fir with room and now tbere was a sofa and club chair less in to 1 10x10 locker previously. This is staged furniture that moves all over - will be hard for me to use two guus again

1. My desk was broken. I still have yet to be contacted regarding this.
2. They did not move my plants despite me telling the person quoting me of my many living plants. I didn’t account for this - thus having to throw them all out.
3. The woman on the phone ASSURED me that my move wouldn’t take more than four hours. They were still at my first location after over three hours.
4. I asked if you accepted cash and was told no. Then, after many issues with payment - none of which were made clear to me - I was told to pay in cash. I paid half in cash and a friend went to the office to pay the other half (I didn’t have that amount on hand) - he was charged twice! Incredibly sneaky.
