My friends used TMaaT and had a great experience, so thought we would too. When I made an appointment, the support staff was fantastic. Everything was done via email and text messages. Even following up to the moving day, things were great. Had 2 major issues that came up: on the move day, they wanted to come earlier than the window of arrival, and I had to decline since my service elevator was not ready. Also, arrival window was 2-4, and I asked if they could show some flexibility and come at 3 since my elevator was booked from 5-7. Kevin the manager called me, and said not possible and they will come at 2 and start charging me. Finally, the team did not bring any bubble wrap so all my kitchen plates, glasses were not moved. And I have to do move all these items myself this weekend.

I was a little disappointed in the service. It was very slow and they didn’t end up being able to move my bed because they stripped the bolts. Once they left I was easily able to do so and then had to get other help to move the bed.

The first time you came nothing was moved. They left saying there were too many open boxes, So I fixed the boxes, and called again. THIS TIME THEY loaded a few boxes and then said the living room had a terrible odor and did no mre moving but they consented to move those few boxes to our storage unit. Then I called in a professional cleaning team to clean the house. Now, before I call again I need someone to come to my house and inspect and tell me if they will move me.

Everything in the move was good but one item was damaged. It is a 2 cube filing cabinet it was dented in a way that it cannot be opened now. I don't know how to make a claim on this item so if someone could email me back that would be appreciated.

The office staff said nothing about tipping or the insurance policy, I found out by reading the paperwork. The 3 movers were on time, very nice and friendly. They were a little rough with my credenza, it was wobbly after the move and a screw popped out of the lid. However, they got the move done in two hours and city apartment moves are not an easy task. Overall, I am satisfied with the movers. The price however, was a little steep. It was much better than the max quote, but still steep.

Very Dissatisfied with how my Washer & Dryer was Damage in the move your Company did for me.If i knew that was going to happen i would have
never used your company.My Washer in Dryer was in Excellent Condition & i told the movers i need them to stay that way because the were being
resold when i got to my new place.Because of them using a Dolly & not straps like Appliance men use,they damage my Washer & Dryer,which
i paid over $1700 for.They only had 2 move my Washer,Dryer which i asked them not to Damage, & Refrigerator, 2 Chairs,my Bed Frame & Mattress.
it wasn't a Big move.Your company offer me $50 for the damage,that's & insult.i cannot recommend your company & i wish i never used IT!!!

I would not use 2 men and a truck again. They were extremely slow and took 6.5 hours to move a 1BR apartment that was already packed up and a 4X4 storage unit, 2 miles down the road. In between the old apartment and the new one, the movers got hungry and stopped for food which was about an hour gap from one place to the next. I had to end up moving boxes/equipment on my own since I saw that the boxes with "fragile" written all over them weren't being treated as such. We also found a few pieces of furniture that were damaged in the move once we unpacked the wrapping and some boxes that looked like they had been dropped. I won't make this mistake again especially for the amount of money we spent.
