phone rep gave misleading info. I explained to her the number of boxes and also all of the furniture that was to be moved. This person apparently has poor listening skills or a lack of understanding the English language. She list my items to be sixty four which is absurbed. How could a two bedroom apt. consisting of funiture, clothing plus household items be 64 items. I told her I thought more than two movers would be a good fit. She said only two were needed. I also said my move in time allowed 3 hrs obviously more men were needed. It took 6.5 hours to complete my move. This is unacceptable. Moving is stressful enough but to have a company trying to extend the time to nickel and dime a customer is so unprofessional. Over $1,200 for a small apt in the city not a house. Skip this co.

Marcus and his team showed up at 8:00am on the dot. They were very friendly and overall did a great job. One scratch on the floor and the corner of a dresser I told him was important to me. They worked very hard and within the allotted time.

Brock and Michael were excellent, and both were very careful with all of our things. They worked nonstop for over six hours and were communicative and courteous throughout. Thank you!

My move did not go as well as expected. I was moving on May 31, arguably the busiest day to move in Chicago. When the movers arrived there were limited parking spaces as many other people were moving the same day and my movers said they were not allowed to carry furniture across the street. They also told me they were not able to use the passenger elevator even though it was the closest to my apartment. Then one of the movers was using the bathroom for 30 minutes, all time that I had to pay for. When we got to my new apartment the movers dropped boxes out of the truck and some items broke and once I was finished unpacking I noticed that I was missing a few items. I’m not sure if they were left in the truck or in the moving dock at the old apartment. I now need to go buy these items again.

The movers were on time and quite efficient. They were careful with our furnishings and polite to us during the move.
It was difficult to correlate the actual charges to the estimate. I would suggest more pricing transparency when quoting.

The guys were great!! They had such a pleasant attitude the whole time, are were a lot of fun to work with. They were fast, efficient, and handled the moved property with care. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely use Two Men and a Truck if any other moving needs arise. Thank you!

Overall, I had a great experience with two men and a truck. The movers were courteous and had a positive attitude throughout the move. They got my furniture and personal belongings into my new apartment in a timely manner.
