Our experience was pleasant and professional from my initial phone conversation with Taylor to our outstanding movers, Murphy and Ed. Everyone was friendly and provided the most wonderful service!

Arrival booked for 9-10 a.m. I was s alerted at 9 am by Troy that there would be a delay to arrival by an hour or so. Received a follow-up call that there is delay. With no further word I called dispatch left a voicemail at 11:45 am to call me with an update. Movers arrived at 12:15 pm. This delay is inexcusable since dispatch knew there was a problem & should have dispatched another crew immediately rather than a 3 hour wait. Moving team was apologetic, professional & courteous & good examples of customer service. However, the rest of the Two Men And A Truck organization did not meet my expectations. Received a call from Troy on 4/16 advising not to complete survey because of my bad experience; he wanted to see a resolution. No return call received. Unacceptable service-no recommendation

I was pleased and impressed with the 2 Guys who worked with me. They came to my door with hands out to shake mine and make acquaintances. I dont know anout you, but I’ve seen Drs who come in a room and start talking, poking and prodding without introducing themselves. I don’t go back to them. Sooo, my 2 Guys began at my friend’s home, where the carefully wrapped our leather and wood furniture. Moving as much as they could in a each single trip. They brought the furniture to my home, always asking me before they moved anything of mine, offering to move things, and not seeming to mind at all if i wanted it placed elsewhere. They carefully unwrapped the furniture, and left no signs of themselves or their work behind..... other than a good feeling, that my stuff was treated well.

Movers were a little too inexperienced. 3 guys to move what I've moved many times in my life that many hours is bad. When I was away, took many breaks, even at the new move in location where two building managers observed and have on film the same thing. I even had to help move things out to keep them going and unloaded carts to speed up process. Supervisor was good, other guy probably too new and third was training. Still putting back together all the things in my drawers that are all in different ones and mixed up. Not sure why they went through everything, where all other movers I had just wrapped them and all was fine in past. My roommate moved prior day same distance and identical amount of items. He had two guys, finished 3 12/ hrs $450. That's my usual experience with all prior move

My move went very well and the gentlemen who came did an excellent job. The move was supposed to start at 9, and we got an initial call stating they would be there at that time, but then got a second call later from a different crew saying they would be there around 10:30. This did cause some issues because I had indicated we had reserved the elevator only from 1-5, but the crew that came were able to complete the move by 4:55 and get us squared away.

I have used Two Men and a Truck when my older daughter moved, and was happy with the company. From the first call to the office staff and scheduling, this move of my younger college daughter and roommate did not disappoint- George and Hunter immediately put me at ease with their professionalism and confidence, and all anxiety was relieved. I knew that this move would be a success in their hands. They worked well as a team and were very efficient with their time- which is very important when charges are based on time. I was impressed by their strength and energy- especially because the new apartment was on the third floor. They were respectful of us, our goods and our time. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thanks again Two Men and a Truck for helping this out-of-state mom!

Both team members were very nice and professional. It was great to have them to assist with the moving, and overall it was definitely worth the price if you also consider the liability insurance and the work of professionals involved.

I was really happy with my move. Both Charlie and Thomas worked hard and were very careful with my belongings. It was a pleasure to move with you guys and I'd be happy to recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone that asks about my experience.

I had a great experience with Two Men and Truck. My movers were very nice, and went out of their way to bring back one small item that was left in their truck post-move. Very efficient, and the cost came out to be less than what I was originally quoted.

The 2 mover who came in were young men 19 & 26 years....very pleasant people. The older person was guiding the younger person & they were also going to school. I liked that two men & a truck for supporting students. They were very good & did not damage anything. I will always look for people like this to work with.
