Good Morning, I cannot even being to praise the job that you guys did!
This has been an anxious time for me, and the relief of a very important move, done perfectly, was tremendous.
From my call to make the appointment, to the picking up of the piano, etc.
was nothing but a pleasant, professional experience. I will not only be singing your praises, but recommending your company, every chance I get.
I will most likely will be calling you again, this week, for a another move.

Felt pricing was a little high, compared to the estimate. I do not think when gettting the estimate over the phone, the person was very clear about extra charges.

Moving is generally very daunting, and in general most moving companies and services have a bad rep. This is my 6th move in the last 10 years so I have had a taste of what it could be like.When I called inquiring about a service I did not expect that my items would come within two days for an out-of-state move! The team I had worked so well together and were completely in sync. I was not there during loading, but they did an excellent job padding the furniture and everything arrived in pristine condition. On the way, the movers updated me by phone and text message regarding how far they were, and were very respectful and professional. They placed everything in it's correct place, were very efficient and courteous. Was beyond pleased!

Our time slot was not met. We were told between 9-10am arrival, and the clock started at 11am. No one called to tell us the truck would be late. When I called at 10:20, I first heard the schedule was backed up. I'd have appreciated a heads-up. The move itself; however, was good. The drivers were professional, kind, extremely careful, and thorough. I would recommend that they be required to carry booties (or some kind of shoe covering) particularly on rainy days. Since they're not allowed to remove their shoes, we had to provide them with plastic grocery bags to avoid issues with our carpet. Also, my wife noticed that one of the men must had been smoking in the truck, because he smelled like smoke when arriving at our home to unload the items.

The movers; Charlie, Chris, and Barcadi; were fantastic. They were careful, considerate and fast. Give them a raise!

The movers were great and moved everything carefully and quickly.

I don't feel like the office staff listened to my needs which reflected in the move-- some things weren't explained correctly prior to move, unable to use parking permits, move started late, move took way too long, I helped move a fair share of furniture to speed up the move and a lot of wasted time...not satisfied.

My movers were awesome! From start to finish they were professional and seemed to really care about my belongings. I have used two men and a truck my past 4 moves and will use again in the future.

Justin and Dante were my movers - they were absolutely fantastic! I would recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone who has a move in Chicago!
